Stayed Sep 20, 2025This is a lovely home in a wonderful location. Backing up to the golf course was peaceful and provided great views. We had easy access to Grand Lake, RMNP and Winter Park. There are a few key things in the home that need to be upgraded or tended to such as the information booklet, pillows, light bulbs, water heater. It did not ruin our stay by any means but keeps this great home from being a 5 star.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We had a wonderful time cross country skiing as a family… 9 of us, multi generations all enjoying the outdoors together . This is the second year we have stayed at this house. It is spacious, clean, beautiful and accommodates all of us comfortably. It is well designed for a crowd. The only thing missing is a hot tub. Highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025Our stay was wonderful, beautiful home with amazing views. Location was perfect, local grocery store just around the corner. If back in the area we would stay here again. The hot water heater was tricky, we had to turn on the correct mode every day to have enough hot water, sometimes we would forget & we would get a very cold reminder while showering. So, just a friendly reminder always check the mode on hot water heater before showering. :) Other an than we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great stay for our family of 10! Beautiful home and beds were comfy. Less then 30min to the west entrance of RMNP. Would stay there again!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024We had a wonderful stay and would come again. It was very convenient to Snow Mountain Ranch where we cross country skied. Beautiful, spacious home, which worked well for 9 people.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. We didn't do any cooking but they seemed to have most items you would need to cook. The bed were comfortable and we enjoyed playing some of the games that were available.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to stores/food and quick drive to WP to ski. Fit our large family comfortably. And plenty of bathrooms! Bonus!
