3 Mi to Dunnellon Historic District: Home w/ Lanai

Hosts thought of everything! Check-in and take inventory before you head out to purchase supplies, because the hosts have so much already covered. Check-in communications were prompt, check-out was specific and easy. Cleanliness, 10 out of 10. Staying in this house for a peaceful week did not feel like staying in a rental, but absolutely a home away from home. Gorgeous and well planned and maintained home, in a small, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood, where you get the sense that they pay attention, and yet you enjoy complete privacy, with host nearby. Never met Chris, but he is a great host. The pool and outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. The back pool view is mostly wooded, and very peaceful. Not fenced, but has a large yard that is great for dogs that don’t hunt. (Saw a female wild turkey this afternoon walking out of the wooded area through the backyard). I can’t imagine ever staying here and regretting the investment. Totally worth it. This is a premier home and a premier host.

The home had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and town. Pool area offers lots of space. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Garage is a plus for parking your car with remote included.

The house was so clean and the pool was great! Nice large size and the water temp was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again when going to the Dunnellon area.

Beautiful home and great weekend getaway to make our trip to Rainbow Springs a blast! Loved the pool and the huge backyard, house was plenty stocked with all the supplies you need, and seeing the turkeys roam in the backyard was a bonus! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this home, and would definitely book again. It's close to activities we like to do, but honestly there were days we didn't even leave because the house is so comfortable and the property is lovely. Very relaxing, very easy Owners to deal with.

Absolutely beautiful home and property! The only negative was the lack of functioning Wi-Fi; I had work to finish, and it was slow going with a phone hotspot in a low bar area.

Very nice home. There were some dishes that were not clean from the previous guests. And the floors needed to be swept. But other than that, everything else was very clean. We found it odd and unsafe that the back door to the garage has a sign to not lock it. If that is not locked, then anyone can enter at any time. The pool was our favorite

We have stayed in many air bnbs around the country. This is by far the BEST ever. The home is fantastic, clean, well designed and decorated, FULLY stocked. When I say filled stocked I mean everything you could think of and all the things you don’t think of. The neighborhood is wonderful and the home is very private. The owner is absolutely amazing and the property management company is just as amazing. You will not regret staying here.

We were very impressed with the house and the property. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The house has all the amenities, one of the best we’ve stayed at.

The property is wonderful! Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and plenty of entertainment options. Very clean! We had a great visit for the month and look forward to staying again.

Post- holiday stay with brother and his wife to visit other family who live nearby. The house was great with all the ammenties and lots of room for relaxation and dining together inside or outside on the beautiful screened in patio around a nice pool. Property close to Rainbow River where we spent the afternoon on a rented pontoon boat and other days walked the pretty walking paths near the river. The house is very well appointed & comfortable.

We had to push our reservation back a week due to hurricane season, but everyone was very accommodating and kept in touch as the process went forward. The house was beautiful and located in a quiet setting. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils/pots/pans, which I really appreciate since we eat in. The pool was lovely and has a very pleasant outdoor sitting area, and Rainbow Springs was a fun, close-by place for a picnic lunch. Chris is a wonderful host. Though not intrusive, he is responsive when contacted, and when our truck broke down as we were preparing to leave, he went above and beyond, offering tools, assistance and recommendations. His help made all the difference in that difficult situation.
