Good location, quiet neighborhood, the game room was a great place for my grandkids to place board games and get out of the house. Not a lot of extra decoration in the house which made me feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were roomy. It had all the amenities of a hotel but with more comfortable room.

Property is pleasant and comfortable. Good communication from the host.

Perfect place to stay cert clean lots if activities there at the house a game room. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again .

My husband and I took a weekend trip to visit our son who attends Tech - with grandparents and our teen daughter. The property was very clean, fully stocked with everything you need for weekend getaway. You can tell the owners take pride in their vacation rental, from the decor to the bedding to the toiletries. There was nothing more we could have asked for or wanted during our stay. The location was great with a large grocery store kiss minutes away. Finally, all the communication with the host was great. Great house with room to sit and visit. Kitchen was great and stocked with basic needs. Beds are firm and comfortable. Good bedding. Master bath is pretty, but could use a shower curtain of some sort. Outdoor area is great!

Great house that easily slept my entire family. We appreciated the king beds in each room and the game room outside for the kids to escape to. The house was well equipped for our weekend getaway. We will be back as we come to visit our college kids more often.

Our granddaughter couldn’t take off work so we took Christmas and our family to her and spent 4 days in Lubbock. The house was amazing, it was decorated for Christmas which we loved. There was more than enough room for our family (7 people). The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. I had several family members coming to town for Thanksgiving and did not have room for all of them at my house. The family that stayed at this VRBO said it was wonderful. Very well maintained and they had no issues that they mentioned.

Updated house in a quiet neighborhood down the street from a park. House was clean, coffee available. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft.

This was the perfect house for us! Perfect location for attending the Tech game, beds were very comfortable and everything you need is there! We loved the game room out back and fire pit. We will be staying here again!

This was a very comfortable house for a brief visit to the TTU campus. We were very close to the university, and the location was easily accessible. A cozy environment for visiting after a long day.

Beds were very comfortable. 18 month old grandson slept well in the pack & play crib provided. College kids hung out in the bonus game room in the back yard & played cornhole. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen looked well stocked with dishes, etc. Overall nice & well managed VRBO!

Rented this place to move our daughter into Texas Tech. King sized beds were great, recently remodeled…fun man cave/she shed in the back. Back yard needs new sod, but overall a great place, able to accommodate 3 adult couples, and a couple kiddos.

In town for mother's 84 bd. Had a wonderful time. House was exactly what we needed to relax and regroup.

We were in Lubbock due to my wife having surgery at UMC so we needed a home for 6 adults and 2 children that had plenty of space for all of us and was close to the hospital, this home had everything we needed and more and only a 4-5 minute drive to the hospital. It was very clean and comfortable and made our time in Lubbock as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances we were in town.

The property was clean, had most everything we needed, a fun game room and great space overall for our family being there for a graduation weekend. It has a great park & lake right down the street and is centrally located and so easy to get around. Trent was so easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed and we didn't have to bug him at all during our stay!

We visited Lubbock for our oldest son’s college graduation. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed for our stay and the game room was a fun added bonus for the space!
