Fantastic location. Walked to a coffee and pastry shop each morning. The house was spotless, modern, and inviting. Garage fit two medium sized cars which was really nice. We will be booking this place again for sure. One of the nicest VRBOs we have been in.

The place was great for our trip! Very comfortable sofas and beds. It was nice for 3 couples to each have a king bed and their own bathroom! The weather was perfect for chatting with a glass of wine and pizza on the rooftop! Near to shopping, dining, and music. Very responsive and kind hosts, also.

This was such a fantastic property. Beautifully furnished and the location was perfect. Having access to a garage was also a plus. The hosts were so helpful especially when there was a short power outage, making sure we were OK and didn't need anything. I just wish we had been there for fun instead of work! I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book this again.

Exactly as advertised. What an excellent space. All amenities were perfect for our group of 6. Wade and Shelley were second to none in communication. We all arrived at different times. There was no issue with access to the home and the proximity to downtown Nashville was perfect. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and the showers were amazing as well! This place was awesome. I think they undersold it. We could not have been more comfy and happy with our stay. Walking distance to some great food. Short drive to Broadway. SPotless!!! This is the only place we will stay next time we come.

This was an absolutely perfect house for the six of us (three couples). From the attentive hosts, to the three large ensuite bedrooms, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the large dining table, to the close proximity to the downtown and other sightseeing locations, plenty of garage and driveway space for our vehicles — we highly recommend this awesome condo!!

Wade and Shelley thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, and not far from downtown and several other great neighborhoods . We loved there was a grocery store just 3 minutes away. We can recommend the meat department, hand picked some delicious filets and cooked them on the rooftop deck . Thanks again for making our long weekend a fantastic trip!

Property was great, 3 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms is what our group of 3 couples requires. Very clean and we enjoyed the sitting around the kitchen island enjoying our coffee. .Publix is 1/2 mile away, very convenient. Open concept and very comfortable place.

The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. Three couples each had a great bedroom and bathroom, with a really nice kitchen and communal space to share. Incredibly clean and nicely decorated in a Nashville theme. The location was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Very clean and comfortable. A well-cared for property. Will definitely stay here again. Safe area.

My fiancée (now wife) and wedding party utilized the location as home base for our wedding in Nashville. The property is immaculate and easy to navigate rides for trips to downtown. Additionally, there are a lot of activities and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Communications with the hosts were easy and their replies were prompt. I recommend staying here and would stay again for future Nashville trips.

The property is great for 3 couples with lots of space and separate levels. Nice kitchen and gathering space and hosts are very responsive and available with reach outs for check in and if questions. Everyone (6 of us) in our group said they would stay here again!

Location was great rooms were comfortable and plenty of space for 3 couples. We used Lyft for all our rides and it was very easy to get around. Kitchen well stocked and we had everything we needed!

We could not have been more happy with this property! It was the perfect space for our group of 6. Every room having its own bathroom is so nice. The townhouse was super clean and the decor was so great! It was only a short uber ride to downtown. We all agreed we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time!! Nashville is soo fun! We listened to great music and ate delicious food! The house was perfect for us three couples!

The property was in pristine condition and walkable to a good coffee shop with a great grocery nearby. We only had one hiccup - we were informed a few days before check in that we needed to text a copy of our driver’s license. For security purposes, I wasn’t comfortable texting my personal information. This made the check in process choppy. We ultimately found a workaround and everything was great from that point forward.

We came to Nashville to surprise my husband for his birthday. Our two kids and their significant others came too. The home was clean and organized. We were very impressed with how it was decorated and how comfortable it was. It met all our needs. We explored the area a little and there was lots to offer. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Nashville. The owners were great to answer any questions we had and were on top of communication. We had no problems at all!

The townhouse is located in a quiet, clean and safe area of Nashville. It is a very short drive to downtown AND the fun and vibrant 12th Avenue South area. Also, it’s close to I-65. The townhouse itself was perfect and comfortable with everything we needed for our visit. Wish it had been warm enough to take advantage of the rooftop area. The hosts were great with communication and accommodating with an early check in. We would love to stay here again!

The townhome was very nice and perfect for 3 couples. All King beds, so no one had to be left out. Location was fantastic and close to everything we were interested in. Easy to uber or drive. Our host were fantastic!

The property worked out great for us. We loved the roof top patio and large dining room table for playing games. Each couple had their own private bathroom and comfy king bed. We would highly recommend.

We were in Nashville for a couple days and this property was perfect. The townhouse was so fun with a rooftop patio and plenty of amenities. The hosts were very responsive. The beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed the coffee shop, bar and restaurants within walking distance. Wish we had more time to explore the area.

My family (5 adults) stayed at this property for our first time to Nashville. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed! Wade & Michele were the perfect hosts - available when we had a question, and even made the property available for early checkin! We WILL definitely be back and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and very comfortable townhouse!

Property was exactly as described. Loved the decor and kitchen space. Beds comfy. Loved the 3 kings w/private baths! Went to a couple local neighborhood locations for breakfast/lunch and downtown was a blast! Uber/Lyft easy to use to get around.

We visited Nashville to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. There were a total of six adults in our party and this place was exceptionally nice and very roomy. It is located in a nice neighborhood and away from the chaos of Broadway. Although, we spend the majority of our time on Broadway, which is a short Uber ride away. There is a nice coffee shop around the corner and other stores nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The townhouse was perfect. We were 3 couples who have been friends for years, traveling to Nashville for the first time. Not only was the house nice - it was very well situated. Short Uber rides everywhere and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. The hosts left a book of recommendations that we appreciated very much. Each of the bedrooms had a King size bed and private bathroom. They are comfortable and very well situated in the house so you aren’t on top of each other. The living area was comfortable, very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and more. The only thing I wish I had was more time there.

Can’t thank Wade enough for his time and patience. No fault of ours or his but an issue with VRBO made communications difficult but Wade made things work without a hitch. Accommodations were perfect. Loved the property and it was clean and comfortable. Hope we get the chance to return soon.
