3 King Bedrooms each with private bath, Beautiful Townhouse Minutes to Downtown

This place was perfect! We needed 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms- enough space for 3 couples to have a little bit of time away from our kids! Easy uber to Broadway and close to restaurants!

Within walking distance to 12 South and shops and bars. 15 minute ride to Broadway. This house fit our group of 5 perfectly. Was great to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. Thank you for a great stay.

This house was amazing! From the fresh fruit, bottles of wine, great pillows, and ease of total stay. I would highly recommend. There was absolutely nothing we needed for the entire stay! 1st class.

Everything was fantastic. The owners have a very nice Townhouse and the special amenities provided by the host, wine, fruit, chocolates, coffee, and more, were much appreciated by all. The host was easy to reach, responded timely and helpfully to all emails and even notified me of articles of clothing left behind and offered to mail them to us. I could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to use them again. Great stay.

The house was just as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need if you choose to cook (we didn't but it had everything). The host was kind enough to leave two bottles of wine and fruit for us to enjoy.

Everything was great! So many amenities provided and a perfect place for us and friends to stay. The hosts are very welcoming and quick to respond.

The hosts went over and above anything we could have imagined. There was nothing that we wanted that wasnt already there. His house is perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms are master bedrooms and king beds and and nice furnishing.The living room is spacious and next to dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay!!! This space also has a bathroom.. The location is great and short uber ride downtown. This is our second stay we will definitely be back next year! Most important thing it is even better than description!!!

Hosts were very helpful even though we didn’t need to contact them much, they were quick to respond and helpful when we did! Very clean space and great amenities. We had 3 couples stay and had plenty of space for all enjoy together. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights for a girl's trip. The location is great very close to music, restaurants and bars. The house was perfect very spacious and the bedrooms are the perfect size and the beds were very comfy. We were so happy with everything about this house. The host was very quick to respond.Definitely recommend staying here.

Kitchen set up was good. We got cold in the upstairs bedrooms on the last night. But the thermostat was set on 68. I put it on 74 like it was supposed to be on. Beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful townhouse.

Perfect home for multiple couples.

We enjoyed our stay at your townhouse and thought it was first class. We appreciated starter convenience items including soaps,paper products, coffee & tea, fruit bowl, wine, and even a candy bowl. Very thoughtful hosts.

Everything was lovely and well appointed. Our only difficulty was the outer door locks. They were a little hard to get to work. Otherwise, our stay was great and the gift basket was a sweet and perfect touch!

Great property in a great location! House was so clean and the welcome basket was so nice! The beds are a DREAM! There are a lot of steps in the home, which could be a potential issue for some people. There are no bedrooms on the main floor so you either have to go up or down stairs to get to a bedroom. Just an FYI if this would affect anyone in your party. The driveway/parking is also tight! Very small cars would have limited problems. My husband has a 4 door short bed pick up truck and he essentially had to make a 100 point turn to turn around and def not room for 2 cars in the back, especially to try and turn around. We made it work, but was not expecting the very tight squeeze to get back there. Other than that, would definitely recommend the home! We had a great time!

Excellent choice for a visit to Nashville. The accommodations were perfect for our group. Having 3 king bedroom suites, which included private baths, made the trip most enjoyable. The location was minutes from downtown, Broadway and Nashville attractions. Since the purpose of our trip was to attend the play, Dolly at the Performing Arts Center at Belmont University, we could walk across the strret and be on campus.

Dave and Val’s property was perfect for our stay. Close to all areas of Nashville, easy to find and perfect for a medium sized group. The property was clean, quiet, well air- conditioned and welcoming. We truly enjoyed coming back to the property after fun, long, and hot days exploring Nashville.

This house was perfect for 3 couples. It was within 10-20 minutes of most well known tourist attractions. The 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite, are accompanied by a well stocked kitchen. We totally enjoyed our week in Nashville and a big part of that was this wonderful VRBO.

We did a girls trip for a 30th birthday and loved our stay. It was a good location to get to whatever area of Nashville we wanted and we felt safe during our stay. Snacks and wine were waiting for us when we arrived and the hosts we super responsive!

Property was great. Owner was able quickly help with heat/ac remotely, a great feature. 3 king beds 3 and a 1/2 baths, a great vrnro stay.

It was wonderful to arrive and have the welcome package of wine, fruit and snacks. It had all the amenities for cooking needs as well as coffee, tea and creamers. Two coffee pots made it work for our family of 6. The living room needed another lamp but the dining table worked for breakfast and cards! We had a large SUV to accommodate 6 people and the parking was tight to get in and out of the garage. My son has a super duty truck so he could maneuver but it was difficult. The beds were very comfortable in all the rooms and the toiletries provided were wonderful! All in all it’s a well equipped and very nice place to stay for our family of 3 couples! Thank you!

This was the perfect townhouse for six women! Each bedroom had a full bathroom AND walk in closet! The townhouse was spotless and very quiet even being on a busier street. We reached out to the hosts and received very quick responses. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The King sized beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The coffee and tea bar were fully stocked with a variety of tea and coffee pods! Townhouse exactly as described in the listing! If and when we get to return to Nashville we would absolutely stay here again! Also, the ride share program they have a contract with worked out fabulous and was very affordable for six of us, especially when we were going to a show at the Grand Ole Opry!

We have been going to Nashville the past ten years. This place by far is the nicest place. It was first rate!The place was beautiful! Each one of us had a king size bed and bath/shower in each one. The kitchen was big and was well stocked with amenities. The living room was huge and six of us stayed in there comfortably. The location was in a perfect place. It was 2.6 miles from downtown Nashville.By the way, the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this place

Our family truly lived in this great condo over the 2024 Christmas holiday! It was awesome for my husband and I as well as both of our adult children to have not only a king sized bed but to also have our own bathrooms. The layout allowed us to have terrific space to hang out and even cook our holiday meal along with our own space when we needed it. The location is a 5 minute drive to Broadway so we had a blast!

The place was clean and very well equipped! The location allowed for morning walks and easy access to 12 South and Hillsboro Village. It met the need of our young adults with access to shopping, cafes and a quick Uber to Broadway. The basement bedroom was cozy and smaller than the other two with a smaller bathroom for those traveling with couples or smaller children as an fyi. Hosts were responsive and have a wonderful place with everything you need plus more!

We stayed at this property and loved it! It was perfect for our 2 adult kids and spouses. The location was just a short uber to downtown and we were impressed with the wine, candy, and fruit that was left for us to enjoy! The owners replied promptly and were open to have us drop our luggage in garage until the unit was ready. I would highly recommend this rental.

This town home is beautiful, well laid out, well equipped, and most importantly, it was COMFORTABLE! The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. It's across the street from Belmont, and convenient to downtown, The Gulch, and The Mall at Green Hills. There were four of us, so the three bedrooms and 3.5 baths were nice for a price that was cheaper than two hotel rooms. We will stay again!

We had a fabulous weekend girls trip to Nashville. The Town house was the perfect spot - we especially loved the comfortable king size beds. We also used the hosts recommendations for restaurants and it worked out perfectly.

Three couples each had a private room with a bath, plenty of room. Very clean, beautiful unit. Good neighborhood with restaurants down the road. Good proximity to downtown. Two washer and dryer units. The hosts left two bottles of wine with some munchies in the kitchen for us. Wonderful response times. Parking is tight for three vehicles, one parked out of the street.

The property was very nice! We had three couples traveling for work. We really enjoyed the house and we all were surprised at how comfortable we were in the beds! All of us typically wake up sore after sleeping somewhere else and we all said it was different in these beds! The coffee supplied was all we needed for our few days, thank you! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

My husband and our friends were all married in the same year. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary in this VRBO in Nashville. It is all refurbished, modern, and very clean. The hosts were very responsive to messages and provided fruit and wine for our stay. They sent us plenty of information on local stores and restaurants. We were all very pleased with our stay. Our ONLY challenge was the driveway courtyard! :) We had a large vehicle and turning it around was a sight to see!!! If you're going to Nashville and need a 3 bedroom VRBO with King beds, this is your place!!!!

We’ve stayed in various Vrbo properties in several different states and this was by far, one of the best! Very clean, close (but not too close) to Broadway, safe and extremely comfortable. Val and Dave were also very accommodating and responsive hosts. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a group of 3 couples who all found the property great. Bedrooms & bathrooms were all nice & had plenty of toiletries, etc. Beds & couches were comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh fruit that was provided & the candy! Wine was also a nice touch! Location was perfect with a smoothies place & breakfast/lunch place right around the corner. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to come to Nashville.

Everything was great. One suggestion would be to have a small stool so that guests can reach the top of the kitchen cabinetry.

The townhouse was in a great location and super clean and comfortable. We all loved the beds and enjoyed having our own bathrooms. There was a great breakfast/coffee shop right behind the house within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband turned 50 and we came with 2 other couples. The house was wonderful, in a great area-close to everything. Worked out great for each couple to have their own King sized bed and own bathroom. We will definitely book here when we come back!
