3 BR 2BA in Single Family Home in prestigious Sea Pines - close to everything!

We are regular visitors to Sea Pines and really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well stocked with some extras ! Excellent communication from the Host.

We couldn’t be happier with this property choice. Very beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything. Kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms clean and had great extras like nice soaps, lotions, sunscreen, etc. They provided a welcome basket which we really appreciated. Honestly, no complaints!

My family has been going to Hilton Head for quite a few years now and we finally stayed in Sea Pines this week. This property did not disappoint. Great location next to the shops at Sea Pines. Short little family bike rides to anywhere you want to go. The layout of the property works very well for families of four. And the neighborhood it is located in is very quiet and peaceful. We hope to be back next year work permitting.

Everything was wonderful at the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the nearby playground and basketball hoop. We also were able to walk to a few nearby restaurants through a trail. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young toddlers! This place was a perfect location to everything HHI has to offer! We loved riding bikes, the stables, and the beach club was truly phenomenal. The host was extremely proactive and responsive to all of our needs - we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Clean- well maintained.

Property and location were 10/10. This is our 4th summer in Hilton Head and this was our favorite property. Short bike ride to both the Beach Club and Harbour Town. Would book this property again for 2026!

Cute home in a great location. Home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great area for biking and walking. Would definitely rent again.Only suggestions would be they provide beach chairs and bikes.

This September my wife and I and my elderly, though young at heart mother, spent two lovely weeks at Bill’s vacation rental on Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. The layout was perfect, with a large kitchen area, ideal for preparing meals together. The kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you might need. The adjoining living area was great for chilling and reading or watching movies together on the massive screen [My Mom had never seen Forrest Gump, which was fun given that some of the film was set in the general area]. Overall, an excellent experience in a house that lived up and surpassed our expectations.

The house was absolutely beautiful and well stocked . Neighborhood was nice and quiet ! Loved the front porch . Close to lots of things but tucked away
