This house was very clean and located conveniently especially if you bike the Cape Cod Trail. Literally out of your front door. I could not give it excellent review since it lacked some basic amenities. Such as: No towel racks in bathrooms. No paper napkin holders or paper towel holders, no dish rack or dish towels which means everything had to go into dishwasher which really isn't necessary if you only have a few items to wash. no drawers in kitchen (only cabinets) hence utensils were haphazardly stacked in a tin container making it difficult to sort out. Also I don't think there was a complete set of dinner utensils for 6 people. No steak knives or lobster shell breakers if you wanted to eat home. Vacationing on the Cape always includes eating lobsters. ( Cheaper at home than restaurants.) A very small charcoal grill. Obviously a propane grill would be much easier to use. No dust pan to go with broom. No vacuum if you try to keep house somewhat free of sand. No hair dryer. Not enough coat hangers in closets. These all might be minor but if you spend a week there with family can make it somewhat difficult. I think this house has great potential and above requests can probably be met by owner without incurring too much of an expense. I did have an opportunity to speak to owner concerning key location and he was very pleasant and helpful.
Good place for family to stay. Renovations were very nice. Clean and well-equipped. Bedrooms were good size. We liked the open floor plan. Two wifi connections with good strength. The air conditioning set-up was very noisy. Unfortunately, hurricane Lee was headed our way and we lost 2 vacation days.
Property was lovely, very clean and everything we needed. Host communicated everything and even checked in when tornado warning issued. Thank you.
My husband and three kids had a great week here. Had all the supplies we could need, the location was great, the house was nicely updated and on a quiet street on the Rail Trail. Had a few bumps - the trash wasn't picked up and the AC was acting up but Eli was extremely responsive.
We had a lovely stay here. Lots of room and located in a very peaceful area. Convenient to Harwich and Chatham. Only problem we had was the outside bin was almost full and we weren’t sure what to do with our trash. I would definitely stay here again.
The small, very private neighborhood only has 3 houses down a long paved road. Super private, but in the center of town. Great little house, awesome backyard and the bike path is right there!
Great location, the house is equipped nicely. My only negative feedback is that one of the double beds is not really a double but a single with another one coming underneath, so quite a strange experience for 2 adults.
Very quiet place, friendly neighbors. Very clean and convenient to lots of places.
We had an excellent stay. Did whale watching, wine tasting and visited Provincetown. Food store and Starbucks within 1 mile of property. Well worth a visit
Very clean and very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Great outdoor shower & very quiet and private neighborhood. Most important to us was that the beds were very comfortable, high quality, and the quiet split A/C unit was excellent in the heat wave. We would definitely stay here again.
House and accommodations were as advertised. Nice backyard in quiet neighborhood.
House was everything it was advertised to be. Owner was prompt with answering any questions
