This beautiful two-story 4BR/2.5 BA Cape Cod home features almost 1,700 square feet of pristine living space perfect for a weekend getaway for two, a family trip, or a large group outing. It has an open floor plan with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and central AC throughout. The gourmet kitchen is big, bright and a great place to hang out. The private backyard features an outdoor shower and a huge patio with a fire pit.

Best Location on the Cape!
One of the best things about the house is that you can get almost anywhere within minutes. If you are looking for shopping and restaurants in downtown areas like Harwich Port, Orleans, Brewster and Chatham, they are all just over 10 minutes away. If you are looking to relax on a beach there are numerous beaches, bay and ocean side, that are within a quick 10-15 minute drive. Many of the Cape’s great wedding facilities like Wequassett Resort, Ocean Edge and Wychmere Harbor are all within a 10-minute drive. We have three public golf courses all within 15 minutes with The Captains Golf Course in Brewster being less than 5 minutes away. If you are looking for fresh water swimming, fishing or kayaking, you can find them all less than 10 minutes away. Want to enjoy the bike trails of Cape Cod Those are also less than 10 minutes away. I think you get the picture that we are literally minutes away from all the excitement that the Cape has to offer!

First Floor: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Patio
The kitchen has cherry cabinets and a huge center island for family gatherings. There are 3 stools at the island and an over-sized dining room table that seats 10 comfortably. This room flows into the family room, where you will find 2 over-sized couches, with plenty of seating. Also off the kitchen is the fenced in backyard, where you will find a massive patio with furniture, a fire pit, grill and an outdoor shower.

First Floor: Primary Bedroom, Full Bath, and Guest Bath/Laundry Room
On the first floor, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed (new mattress), large closets and an en suite bathroom with a shower, tub and everything you need -- towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Down the hall is a half bath where you will find the washer and dryer.

Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms and Full Bath
Upstairs, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (new mattress), desk and dresser. The third bedroom is comfortably furnished with bunk bed (2 singles), and a twin bed with a trundle. The bonus room has a brand new sleeper sofa and over-sized chair with ottoman. There is also a TV in that room, with Xbox One and a Nintendo Wii video game console with plenty of games for the kids on a rainy day. Also on the second floor is a full bath with a shower/tub and everything you need -- towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Extra amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking in the driveway. This family-friendly home provides toys, games, and beach chairs. Since we have kids too, we brought some baby toys (including a high chair and pack-and-play so you don’t have to bring your own). In the basement we also have a ping pong table, small pool table, and arcade basketball game for those with a competitive spirit!
