Stayed Dec 31, 1969After spending several nights in hotels on our ten day vacation The Abbott House was a breath of fresh air. It felt like home walking inside. We were delighted to find a booster seat for the dining chairs and a kids area with bean bags and books. We were able to walk down town for food and events. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026This house had everything we needed and then some. Everything was as described and the tea and coffee were a great touch. Location was desirable for walking to downtown. Property owner’s communication was excellent and responsive. We would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 27, 2023We had a wonderful stay in Grand Junction. The house was clean, nice and comfortable. It was just a short walk to downtown where we found some great restaurants. I would stay there again if we go back.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023Property is beautiful and perfectly situated near downtown. Unfortunately, some of the neighboring properties and tenants were a little sketchy, but nothing threatening. Overall, nice stay.
