3-Blocks to Beach, Steps from 3rd Street Dinning, Waterfront Pool Home on Canal

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The location was exactly as claimed, very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. All in walking distance. House was very clean and almost everything was new. The host was VERY responsive with any questions or requests we had. I would highly recommend this rental!

We are leaving a glowing review for the host as he is kind and accommodating. The house is absolutely stunning and comfortable and immaculately clean and well appointed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect and is within close ealking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Great restaurants btw. The neighborhood is beautiful, the landscaping and architecture is incredible AND the ocean is nearby. It's one of the best experiences we've had leasing property through VRBO.

Perfect!What a great find! So glad we found this wonderful place to stay. Perfect place for my family to relax, unwind, and enjoy Old Naples. The kids loved the pool and the fact that we could walk just a couple of blocks to the beach. We were looking for comfort, feel, and functionality. This place has all of that. The bedrooms were both comfortable and cozy. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The combined kitchen and dining area is just right in terms of functionality and island cottage vacation vibes. The living room area was so roomy and cozy, and we loved that there was a working piano too! But, we definitely spent the most time in the outdoor living area, enjoying the firepit, grilling, and swimming in the pool. (Oh, and so great to be able to do laundry!) We hope to visit again next year for longer and rent a boat to take advantage of the dock and do some boating too. Oh, and the host, Daniel, was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. A
