Stayed Sep 25, 2024The house worked great for our long weekend getaway to the beach in the off-season! The location could not have been better - we didn't need shoes to get to the ocean, and could walk to restaurants and shops in Dewey. We had 4 adults and two kids (age 6 and 3). The kids' rooms on the first floor worked well for them, and the grown-ups were comfortable in the suites upstairs. We made great use of the many decks, the kitchen had enough space for everyone, and were able to enjoy a few days by the beach comfortably!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Thank you for renting to us--we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach and restaurants, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and living space, and a nicely equipped kitchen, which you don't always get. This was our first time at 3 Bellevue and we hope to return next year!! We were worried about street noise and loud music from downtown Dewey, but house and neighborhood was very quiet, a nice plus!

Stayed Sep 4, 2023It’s a rare find right on the sand. Technically it’s one row back from beachfront. Beautifully decorated 4 floors, each having a deck with a partial view of the ocean.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023We rented this home for a birthday getaway with friends and it surpassed our expectations in every way! The shared hangout area is perfect, with bedrooms on the floor below and floor above is a fabulous layout for privacy when you want it, but also conducive to spending time as a group when you want that. The ocean view is stunning and all of the deck and balcony spaces are perfectly positioned. It's so great to be right off the beach and simultaneously close enough to everything in Dewey! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
