3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms. 2146 sq ft house in east Medford.

Liked the king beds in all rooms. Living room and dining room were nice and open. Living room furniture could be more comfortable.

We had our holiday dinner with the family at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee machine options and dishes were plentiful and festive.

Everything was great! Nice location, house was clean and had everything that was needed. Nice quiet location. Host was easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again on our next trip!

Host was quick to get back to me with my questions. The house is beautiful. Floor plan is spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Good lighting throughout house. Front door was extremely difficult to secure from the inside at night. First night it remained unlocked. Host responded to our concern & shared the trick to locking. Tricky to find. Thankfully it was daylight and we figured it out. Tight parking area. Photo was deceiving. Beautiful entry. Quiet neighborhood. Low traffic. Housekeeping came up very short! Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. Ashtray & used cigarette outside on deck. Linens for beds & baths were worn, stained.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable home. Conveniently located near our friends. Pet friendly. We loved the gas fireplace as the weather was stormy one day. Had 1 question and Robert answered promptly. Folks with mobility issues should know that there are 4 steps from the front door up to the main living area. We would stay again.

Great house! Will definitely stay here again. The house was equipped perfectly for a group like us. We ate out in beautiful Ashland, but we all cook too, so the house was perfect for home chefs also. We were barely home because we did see several plays, but while here, we loved it! Caveat for anyone staying here. Definitely a secret to locating the address. I absolutely recommend asking the owner for explicit directions. Coming in, late at night, after driving all the way from So Cal, was rough!

Beautiful home nice neighborhood would stay here again if needed

Good experience, attentive hosts. Location is on a busy road. Downstairs air conditioning didn’t work and shower needs to have dran cleaned out.

Spacious, comfy with all the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom supplies one would have in your own home. Bob, the homeowner, answered questions quickly and clearly. Very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

We traveled to Oregon to visit family. We got in super late and the check-in process was easy. (Perfect location for the Medford Airport also which is so easy to maneuver.). There were four adults in our party, so the three-bedroom/2 1/2 baths set up was perfect. There is also a futon downstairs. All beds being king size is perfect. The house is spacious. The home is in a nice residential area that is beautiful and it's just outside of anything you need-restaurants, stores, etc... It was a very short drive to historic Jacksonville which was the reason for our visit. It is also close enough to take a quick trip to the coast and to the Redwood Forest. Nice stay and the house was a perfect home base.

My husband & I met with our friends, just for a relaxing get away! The house is very clean, with comfortable beds and a very nice kitchen.

House was amazing, stayed with family and new grand baby. Everything you could need and the split level was perfect for us! Definitely will rent again next time were in Medford.

Robert and Ida's home was perfect. It was very clean and had all the essentials for our weekend in Medford. I'd definitely recommend staying at this home and would stay again if our travels brought us back to Medford.
