3 bedrooms & Free use of Golf Cart! Sleeps 6!

Well stocked home in a good location. We didn’t use the golf cart but there’s one available. Quiet neighborhood. Nice sunroom. Liked that we could park our car in the garage. Good communication with owner.

perfect location comfortable and quiet no negatives

The home is showing its age, overdue for a deep cleaning. Ran low on stock like paper towels, TP but most other needs were in supply. The refrigerator leaks water onto the floor. The brakes on the supplied golf cart required a strong leg but was nice to have.

The house was clean, and stocked, the check in and check out process was very clear and easy. I will be requesting to rent again for future trips.

The property was clean maintained. I had no problems at all.

Enjoyed our stay in the Villages. Great location for Village activities. Also enjoyed quick trips to Mt Dora, Daytona Beach and Disney Springs. Very nice home and host was very helpful.

I found everything as described and convenient to Brownwood and Sumpter Landing. I didn't use the golf cart but it was there and available if I wanted. You pretty much have everything you need for your stay. Sharon was extremely accessable for any questions and follows up to make sure you are happy with everything. I would rent this again if I come back.

We enjoyed our stay, with 3 comfortable beds, 2 baths, beautiful patio which got the morning sun (LOVED THAT!!). We even had access to a 2 seater golf cart, which we loved. All tech stuff like wi-fi, TV and everything worked great. Kitchen was well stocked. We could have used toilet paper and garbage bags - but we just went out and bought them. Within 1 mile are multiple grocery stores and a Starbucks nearby - what else could you want? Communication and coordination with the owners was spot on - really appreciate a great stay!

I stayed for a month. The location was perfect. great neighbors. The home was exactly as shown and worked great for me . I had a friend visit for 4 nights . I found the property owner extremely accessible and responsive. The electric cart was very nice. I downloaded The Villages App and getting around was easy once you got used to the cart path system. Be cautious and pull over on the grass if you need to . Bottom line I was very happy and will return!

Sharon's home was a delight to stay at. We had a wonderful 19 day visit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals when we weren't exploring The Villages. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. My favorite spot to read or be on my computer was the sunroom. From there I could see the pretty garden and watch as storms came through. I even got to glimpse a double rainbow while sitting out there. Sharon was a great host who along with being accessible by email, for any questions, she also gave us suggestions for day trips during our stay. The Villages is certainly a fun place to explore with many options of things to do even if you are not a gulfer.

Home was nice. Living room couch uncomfortable, needs replaced. Only one TV.

Everything was clean and comfy. The use of the golf cart was a great perk. Felt at home for our 3 weeks. Visited all points in the Villages, we ate and attended many music nights, utilized the pools almost daily. Sharon was a joy to work with. Made a few friends.. We will be back
