3 bedrooms 2 baths, hot tub, close to U of A, great dog park, and bike trails

There was lots of room to spread out, and the beds were comfortable! However, the directions to the hot tub were too complicated to figure out, so we didn't try it. We loved how close it was to the University of Arkansas. This was our last visit to the area as our son graduated, but I would stay there again if I needed something close to UofArk.

James was excellent to communicate with through the entire process. The house was as described. Large fenced in back yard was exactly why we booked this property (for our dog). Lots of business/eating establishments near the house. We did not use the hot tub, so I cannot comment on it, but the rest of the house was clean and spacious for our group.

Check in was a breeze with the door code provided in the instructions. Kitchen is well equipped. Living room is comfy. Back yard is nice for dogs. Bunk beds are really squeaky. There is a big bare spot in the master bedroom carpet. Overall, a good stay.

Our stay was good. The house is a little older, but good layout. I will say that the house is in need of a good deep clean though. On the surface it was neat but a good deep clean is needed for dust and hair. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing meals easy. The comfy living room was perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. The hot tub was great too! The location was ideal - just a short drive to the university. Our host was wonderful and responsive and provided clear instructions before our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone lookin for a comfortable place to stay. We will be back!
