Stayed Sep 12, 2025Stay was great! Sylvia is a great host. She reached out and made sure we were comfortable, and even went a little beyond for us.Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. She provided snacks and water!We stayed for the Titans game. The stay is about 5-7 minutes from the stadium.Will definitely book again if I'm ever back!

Stayed May 15, 2025Great place for the price that offered what we needed. The house was in a location that was easy to get downtown, the zoo, the airport, and the Opry. Communication with Sylvia was quick, easy, and supportive.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We booked with Sylvia since her property’s accommodations matched our groups’s needs well. On arrival, we found a clean house that matched the description from the listing and Sylvia was very responsive and helpful. For a group of 6 of us, an UberXL to Broadway was around $20 each way which seemed very reasonable and we enjoyed our time exploring the city. We will definitely consider booking this VRBO again!!

Stayed May 3, 2024This place was exactly as described! Clean, easy to find and clear instructions. We were there for a short weekend and it was close to all the things downtown and easy to get an Uber or Lyft. The owner was super helpful and friendly! We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Cute 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax, but not too far from downtown Nashville if you’re looking for some fun places to go! Sylvia was great keeping in touch with us from the time we booked her home. Definitely recommend!!!

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Cottage was a great weekend stay for the three of us on a girls trip for a concert. Nicely appointed with comfy beds, very clean and our host was in touch proactively which was much appreciated. Easy entry and fun funky restaurants within a short walk. Would love to stay again!

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Close to everything downtown. Sylvia was a great host. Was in contact plenty of times, checking to make sure our stay was going well. She also had a snack/coffee bar that was a great addition. We ended up having a late flight out and she let us have a late check out. If we were ever in Nashville again we would definitely stay here if it was available!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023We spent a weekend in Nashville with 2 other couples. Although older, the house was perfect and the neighborhood quiet. The hostess was amazing! She was very responsive and checked in to see how we were doing. The home had comfortable beds, a great backyard with nice outside seating, and was an easy Lyft ride to downtown. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 31, 2023The Cottage was decorated very cute. Came with everything we needed. Close to places to get food and enjoy a little nightlife outside of downtown Nashville. Only 10-15 minutes from the heart of Nashville. The property manager was great and was very easy to get ahold of if needed. Only drawback was the one bathroom for 6 people, but we did not have any issues with this either. Would definitely recommend.
