3-bedroom vacation home 9 minutes from Ball State University in the country.

“Weekend at Grandma’s”. Everything was great, very clean and perfect for our weekend up to visit our student.

We enjoyed the house and the large yard. There was plenty of room for our family and while we were in town for an event, it allowed us time to relax in the evening and room to prepare for the next day.

The house is located on a beautiful lot and a nice neighborhood. The property was a nice older ranch style house that appeared very nice. The inside is very dated and it needs a deep cleaning. And a visit from an exterminator, bugs in the kitchen, and my husband got a spider bite.

I held a memorial service for my recently deceased wife. This was the perfect spot for my family to gather. Room for visiting kids to run and adults to talk. Thanks again!

Was a great house. Internet wasn't working. Besides that, was a great place to stay.

House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout.

Property is very clean. I was alone but more than enough room for a family. I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Although we didn’t use the hot tub or garage or outdoor features we thoroughly enjoyed the dining room. Home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again if we return to Muncie.

We liked the location, and our dog liked it too. The front yard is picket fenced, there is NOT a chain fence in back as shown on the listing. Beds were comfy.

Very disappointed in this booking, I booked this in January for May 3-5 weekend for our family to stay for our daughter’s graduation from Ball State. Made the second payment the week before arrival and it went thru. Received a message April 28 to contact owner for key box code. Contacted owner May 2 in the morning was told to call back as he wasn’t home & was unable to give the code. Called 2 more times during the day no answer. Finally got an answer at 6pm and was told he wasn’t home again and to call back at 8:30. Called back at 8:30pm the night before arrival and owner tells me the house is already being used and was booked in December??? Needless to say I was extremely angry this was happening the night before arrival. So wrong on both the owner and VRBO!!! Owner didn’t even seem to care our family of 6 had nowhere to stay! Be careful when booking this house.

Overall things were ok. The place is clean and it fit our needs for the weekend. But someone needs to make a small investment in some simple things - new/quality towels is a mush. And better/more dishes and pillows would be greatly appreciated. The towels provided are a very mismatched assortment that are very, very worn, and not very high quality. I usually bring my own pillow but forgot and greatly regretted it. The yard was awesome and overall the stay in town for our daughter's wedding was a success. A little investment in the small (but important) things would do wonders for upgrading the overall experience.
