Stayed May 17, 2024This was a wonderful place to gather for a URI graduation. Sleeps 6 comfortably, all the kitchen accessories we needed, grill, fire pit. Very relaxing!

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Clean and comfortable. Beautifully tucked away in wooded area with easy access to anything you needed. Stayed 2 days for fishing trip, no problem parking 2 larger vehicles. Excellent trip will definitely look into staying for next trip.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Our family of 6 were able to thoroughly enjoy our small trip down to Rhode Island. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The grill was a plus as well as the outdoor shower to get rid of sand when coming back from the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again due to the affordable pricing and close proximity to the beaches nearby.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024What a beautiful house centrally located to so much but yet tucked away in the woods. Kitchen and living room so inviting and decorated with such love. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Porch and fire pit were again just wonderful. House had everything you needed within reach. So close to our daughter’s school, the beach, parks, shopping and more. Mark is an amazing host and hope we can return again soon.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We used marks house to supplement our own house in the area to accommodate our large family on vacation. Its location was close , the outdoor shower was great and mark was easy to contact with issues. I’d rent it again.
