3 Bedroom Townhome in Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed! Check in process was really easy, good communication with the homeowners! Our daughter is going to ECU so will definitely stay there again!

Great location, close to everything that you will need/want to do in the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, bowling, etc. Host was easy to contact and responsive to my texts. Property was perfect for our group. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed, including an air fryer.

This was a very nice and clean property and served 4 of us well for visiting with relatives in Greenville over the weekend. Everything was well kept. The property is not the most elegant-- it is an attached home on both sides and you enter through the rear-- but was fine for what it was and a good value as well. Our only contact with the Mark was promptly and efficiently handled. Overall, glad we stayed.

The location was perfect to get to everything and close to our son. Mark & Paul were so quick to answer questions and respond to emails. Great stay and would like to stay there again.

Right off the bat-beautifully decorated. I did note some issues when I first got there but Mark remedied them very quickly. Things were clean and well organized and I was able to get myself settled in pretty well. Stocked keurig coffee maker was a plus! Things I would like to see that might help other guests: a hair dryer, instructions on how to use the thermostat and upstairs a/c (I did figure it out so didn’t feel the need to ask), suggestions for local restaurants, grocery stores (I might have missed a booklet somewhere) for those not familiar with the area, extra batteries for TV remotes, blankets in the supply closet for the living room. I would (and likely will if available) stay again!

Easy, convenient location. Good communication and easy check-in/check out. My family and I appreciated the space and convenience of this will situated townhouse in Greenville. It was central to everything. The three bedrooms upstairs were a good size. My hubby appreciated the large tvs while the kids appreciated the extra amenities such as the games in the closet for them to play.

Groomsman stayed here for my wedding weekend. Location was close to center of town. Quiet neighborhood.

Mark was very helpful when I wasn’t able to get my computer connected he helped me get it operational immediately. It was a lovely place homey and pleasant. Only one thing I’d add…need pans in the kitchen with lids for cooking . Otherwise fully a great experience. I’d rent it again!
