3 Bedroom Townhome, 5 Minutes to UNCW & Wrightsville beach

Very clean A/C was great well worth the rental cost.

The location was perfect for our week in town and had everything we needed!

Cleaners could have done a better job in the kitchen area but the house itself was wonderful and so was communication with the host. Beach is not within designated walking distance but still a very nice location and would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay! The check in and check out process was so smooth! Tammy was wonderful and easy to contact with any questions! The house was clean and in the perfect location. As a group of girls a few extra bath towels would have been helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area! Thank you Tammy!

Great place to stay and very convenient for our visit to UNCW. Very clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was fully stopped. Air conditional were good the rooms was clean The only thing was it was an old TV and two of the bedrooms and in the second bedroom the mattress is cover was plastic so it’s very hot to lay on, but everything else was good.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. Would stay again

Perfect place foe our weekend visit!

The condo needed a little work. The oven didn’t work well and the kitchen needed a few upgrades.

Everything was excellent

It felt more like we were staying in a hotel with all of the amenities then in a VBRO townhome. She was very accommodating and a great host and I’m really glad that we had the weekend that we had staying at her place.

The house was just what we needed and in a great location. Would recommend.

Great location. Comfy beds and cute vibes.

The address is a little bit hidden. But Tammy lets you know upfront, so not a problem (after the first miss). Everything provided worked as it should. Very cool AC for the bedrooms and baths upstairs. Just a few letdowns. One of the bedroom's mattress/bed frame was so noisy every time you moved.(should be replaced for such a nice place) We were a party of four, so we moved to the extra bedroom. The kitchen floor had something sticky on it. I used wet paper towels to go over the floor. Upside. This location is very quiet. All the linens were very clean and white towels smelled great. Overall, this was a great location to Airlie Gardens where we attended a wedding. I would definitely book here again.

Very nice facility. Great stay for a beach stay

Great value, great location, kitchen was just ok, upholstered chair in tv/front room was awfuĺ, beds were too soft for me.

Rental was clean, well-stocked, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and plenty of parking. Owner was renovating the property next door and was very responsive to our inquiries and we had the pleasure of meeting her. Our stay was stress free and we hope to visit again.

Cute Place.

In town for daughter’s wedding at Airlie Gardens. This was a great location close to venue and Wrightsville Beach. Pros: cleanliness, overall value, location, no excessive checkout cleaning tasks. Cons: master bedroom mattress is very soft and creaks anytime you move, ceiling fan is noisy, not enough bath towels.

Owner was very responsive in assisting me with an extra night. Also most well stocked place I’ve ever rented. Very quiet area.

It is very clean and well-equipped, and it's Very close to the beach.
