3 bedroom marsh & sunset views. NON SMOKING home 5 minutes from Folly Beach.

The place was great for our visit to Charleston. Karen was great responding to any questions we had. House had everything the seven of us needed. Grandkids loved having a floor to themselves. Place is quiet. Highly recommend going to Folly Beach!

The house and stay was wonderful! It was kind of off the road which we loved but still not far from everything. We loved all the natural lighting with all the windows and loved the fact there were fans on one of the balcony’s! We stayed in and cooked one night and had everything we needed to do so. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. If you do Walmart delivery, make extra sure you describe which house it is. We gave plenty of details about which house we were in and both times it was delivered to the owner’s house right beside us. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here!

This home is just as stunning as the pictures! The view is breathtaking, watching the birds with a morning cup of coffee! The location is super convenient to the grocery store and Folly Beach. The host is super helpful and has thought of everything you could need or want on a vacation! We had the trip of a lifetime here!

We had a terrific long weekend and the view was spectacular. Great property - a fee more plastic adirondack chairs on deck would be a great addition. Overall a great spot - thank you.

A little out of the way in a good sense. Very private and away from the noise and traffic, yet not far to the beach or store or a good place to eat. The hosts really had so many thoughtful touch's available, just little things you might need And we appreciated how cleverly the space was used efficiently to give everybody plenty of space.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable! My kids loved the bunk beds and giant deck space. Super peaceful setting, but close enough to downtown Charleston (about 20 min), Folly Beach (less than 10 min), and large grocery store/gas (less than 5 min) to be convenient. The trail along the marsh was great for walks/jogs.

We've stayed at many, many vacation rentals. I can't think of a better, more thoughtfully executed propery. 5 stars all around. From the location to the amenities to the communication, this was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

The house was new, beautiful and clean. It had a great view of the marsh area. The hosts were attentive and were very accommodating.

Karen was great to work with and has a lovely home. She lives in a house close by so is very responsive to any issues that arise.

A relaxing stay at this beautiful home. A perfect place for our family during a very busy time - daughter’s wedding on John’s Island. We loved the rather hidden location - so peaceful but yet close to all we needed. Excellent!!

Absolutely amazing stay! Loved every bit of the house, exactly what we were looking for in both accommodations and location. You really can’t beat this spot, and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything about the stay. Definitely worth it!

This property was an amazing place to use as our base while visiting Charleston. The house was great, the hosts were very responsive and helpful both before we got there as well as during our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for someplace quiet to relax after your day at the beach, in downtown, at one of the plantations, etc. Not too far from any of the local attractions--25-35 minutes.We will definitely stay again when we go back to the area.

This is a perfect location for quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets and still close to both Charleston and Folly Beach. Karen’s communication was excellent, and she has thought of everything to have the house fully stocked and comfortable. She answered questions before I knew to ask. This home might be the cleanest I have ever stayed in. There is room to spread out, and the living room on the second level has plenty of room to all be together. There is even a half bath off that living area. Karen’s guest house exceeded my expectations, and we would happily stay here again!

This was possible the best experience we have had with a rental. Everything was top rate-the unit, location, description, communication. Everyone in the group said it has been their favorite stay. They are already lobbying to come back!

Great house and location for a Charleston area wedding. The house was super clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Thoughtful interior and updated, modern design. The first floor bedroom and bath was a wonderful haven for us. The space upstairs and on the huge deck off the open kitchen/living room was great for family and friends who stopped by between wedding events. We love both Folly Beach and Johns Island so this location was perfect. Communication with the host could not have been better. Made a point of having it well lit at night when we arrived - so welcoming after a long day of travel and flight delays. The quiet, peaceful marsh views, especially the sunsets, were lovely and so relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again soon. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the whole house was clean and comfortable. The house is situated in a beautiful area overlooking the marsh. Be sure to catch a sunset when you're there!
