    Nice attractive place was not really luxury but comfortable. Would stay again but need to upgrade hot water system, provide better cooking utensils & cleaning supplies. Can’t do anything about parking but don’t advertise garage as a parking spot. Getting a compact car in that garage will be a challenge.

    Location. Location. Location. The locations was fantastic, you are walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants! The home is an older home, however it has the charm, renovated kitchen and hall bathroom and looks exactly like the photos in the listing. Laura was incredibly responsive, check in was seamless and our stay was great. Cons of the stay but personally didn’t affect the overall rating for me. 1. Parking is tough if you have a larger vehicle or multiple, but wasn’t a big deal for us as we took advantage of walking everywhere, the weather was great. 2. If you are bothered by upstairs neighbors, you can hear them however nothing crazy beyond normal living noise. 3. The water pressure wasnt the greatest but again it is an older home so the expectations of all bells and whistles although renovated, aren’t going to be there. The host has a great sense of taste, and over all the desired location. Although I had cons, please note that I listed things simply out of the owners control. Great job Laura!

    The property was good! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only problem is the parking, the garage cannot fit a mini van like a Toyota Sienna. There's no spare toilet paper, kitchen paper, laundry detergent. Overall, our stay was good! Thank you!

    Sorry, but not great. Home is a downstairs flat or condo; we could hear the upstairs neighbor walk around, though not terribly loud. Faint odor of smoke or gas (?) bugged my wife. The host was helpful and responsive when I complained. The parking is a major problem. Our car was too big for the tiny garage and street parking was hard to find, especially on weekends and evenings. Poor water pressure. Finally, we ran out of toilet paper and had to visit the nearby Von’s to buy. No guest should have to purchase tp.

    The home is very nice and comfortable. You can park your car and you don't even have to drive anywhere. You can walk to the beach (one block), the grocery store (about 3 blocks), or any number of restaurants just a few blocks away. The neighborhood feels safe. The property manager addressed any little issue I had, although there weren't many, very quickly. I've stayed here twice now because the first stay was so enjoyable.
