The property was in a quiet safe neighborhood near ball state, which was very convenient for us as we were visiting our daughter for the homecoming weekend. The house was very comfortable and we have already booked ourselves to stay here again in A couple weeks.

The property was listed as a quiet neighborhood which was actually right in the heart of campus where the next door neighbors were having a party outside all night. The backyard was listed as a fenced in which we needed since we have small dogs the fence had 3 holes that our small dogs escaped from. The yard had also not been mowed in weeks it was actually shin high both front and back. The inside was fairly clean except the floors which had not been swept or mopped. Would not stay here again.

Home was exactly as described and pictured and just perfect for BSU parents weekend. Close to campus but in quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
