3-bedroom house in Fort Lauderdale with Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. From the first week, there were serious maintenance issues. One of the toilets made a loud noise every few minutes all night, making it impossible to sleep in that bedroom. Another bathroom had a strong sewage smell due to a gap between the toilet and the wall. Plumbers came out four different times, and even after multiple visits, new problems kept happening—including another toilet developing the same issue and the washer leaking and flooding part of the bathroom. The pest situation was unacceptable. We saw roaches, centipedes, and spiders inside the home. At one point, we found roaches hiding under our clothes, which was extremely unsettling. When we reached out for help, the response was slow and dismissive, and we were even asked to send photos of the bugs as if we were lying. We offered to pay for an exterminator ourselves at this point. The exterminator later confirmed that bugs were entering through an improperly sealed shower door therefore we kept finding centipedes dead in the shower. The outdoor space looks nice in photos, but it is not usable. The mosquitoes are so bad that you will get eaten alive. The hot tub was also unusable due to overpowering chemicals that caused us to cough bad, on top of the mosquito issue. The main property contact was consistently unresponsive and made us feel like we were bothering her anytime we asked for help. The overall property is not worth the asking price what so ever.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail had clearly been thought through — from the comfortable beds and high-quality linens to the well-stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces.The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host, Sarah, was fantastic; they were responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Five stars all the way!
