- This home does not include private beach access. We highly recommend visiting Manresa State Beach, which is just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the property. Please be aware that there is a $10 vehicle day-use fee at the beach.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

- The homeowner has a severe pet allergy, and even trace amounts of pet dander can be life-threatening to them. For the safety of all involved, we’re unable to accommodate pets. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe!
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

    Great house! The kitchen is fully stocked and great appliances. Great location that is close to everything. The host is super responsive and when you get there they have cute little towel bundles waiting for you on the bed. Great hot tub too. Highly recommend!

    House was in a very nice neighborhood. It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) I recommend this house for a family but given the layout, it might not work as well for couples to share.

    We had a nice short stay at this holiday home. The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was in a good location for exploring around Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz as well as several state parks. The hosts were very responsive as well to any inquiries.

    Great property. We actually didn't realize how nice the private beach is and how close it was (possible to walk to, but there is private parking available and it's an uphill walk back to the property, so you might as well drive). We would have planned more time at the beach. Was a great spot to use to explore the Monterey Bay area. The private backyard was very nice and the home provided a comfy stay.

    It was simply great. Beautiful home. Close to many beaches. Close to several grocery stores. My family had a great small vacation in this home.
