Excellent experience, the house was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts communicated well and were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was appreciated. Our family had plenty of room and our kids had a great time!

Everything in the ad was spot on - older house, squeaky floors. Other than that, was very comfortable. We had a couple of challenges at the beginning with hookups for TV. Alison worked it out through text message, and no problems. If you are wanting to stay around the area, I would recommend this house.Okay, now where's my commission? LOL But seriously, this is the place to go if you really want a nice neighborhood and a great house.

Clean house with a nicely stocked kitchen. Most comfortable bed we’ve slept in, in a rental property. Cute neighborhood with easy access to get around town. Would highly recommend.

Overall the house was cute and nice. It is an older home that is updated, so keep that in mind when booking as the upstairs bathroom is very small with no space to store things. Also- very important to keep in mind when booking with a larger group- the people that are in the downstairs bedroom will NOT sleep until everyone upstairs has gone to bed. The wood floorboards are the loudest, squeakiest floorboards you have ever heard and no amount of sound machines can drown out the noise. It sounds like elephants upstairs and it took my toddler two hours to fall asleep. The downstairs bathroom is nicely updated, and the small garage gym and shuffleboard were appreciated. The home is in a nice area and felt very safe. Overall, I would probably choose a larger home when staying with 6 adults and a toddler, but it worked out.

We had a great stay in Westwood. We had a group of three families in town for a wedding. The house has plenty of amenities you including coffee, bath wash, shampoo, etc. the location is great, we visited blue sushi for happy hour which is a quick walk and conroys for a late night drink. Both were great. The house is noisy, other reviews have mentioned it…but there’s a sound machine that helped a lot. I’d definitely recommend this for a stay!

The host was quick to answer our questions. The house is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It has lots of room and a nicely appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfectly as described. Very comfortable and clean stay for my family, well equipped kitchen, etc., responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

The host did a good job of communicating prior to our stay and provided everything we needed to access the home upon our arrival. We greatly appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine!

We loved the house. We could tell you really put some thought into the decor. It was very clean and we appreciated using the washer/dryer and the detergent and softener you provided as well. We were concerned with the bathroom upstairs. There was mold around the tub and in the window seal. The window seal didn’t look great with the paint flaking off and the mold. There was one of the dining chairs that looked like the cane is breaking so we didn’t use that. Everything else was great! Thank you for sharing.

The hosts and their communication were excellent, accommodating and quick to respond. The location was perfect and proximal to everywhere we needed to go, ie the plaza, downtown, Overland Park etc. The house is also walking distance to coffee, restaurants and a playground. The house is on a quiet street. This is an older home which has been remodeled. The kitchen has been redone beautifully as well as the basement, of note is that the upstairs bathroom (where the two king beds are located) is an older bathroom with little counter space and an outdated tub. The newer bathroom is in the basement with the 2 full beds. Also the floors and doors were extremely noisy especially when sleeping in the basement room. Of note is that we travelled with two small children so this may be less of a concern for adults. The house was otherwise lovely and well stocked with all that we needed.

Cute, clean house with drip coffee maker! Although, the basement could improve with more air circulation. The large backyard was a perfect place for the kids to run and play. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The home was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our stay. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth, hassle-free experience. The shuffleboard was a big hit, and the outdoor deck made for a great hangout spot to relax and unwind.

This house was just what we needed! Everything was perfect! The location was great, the house was beautiful, very clean, cute, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Thank you for the perfect stay!

This home was built in the 1940’s but doesn’t feel like an old home with a lot of wear and tear. Eclectic and beautifully designed with guests in mind. Comfortable beds, even the hide-a-bed. Very clean, including every sheet, towel and corner of the bathroom floors. Communication with the host was clear and straightforward.

The house was in a great location. It was super cute & clean! Plenty of space for a group.

We were here while my husband had a heart procedure done at St. Luke's Hospital. We appreciated the closeness of the hospital and to Joe's KC BBQ! The host answered my questions quickly and clearly. The house itself was clean and inviting! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck as well.

We visited for a family wedding and this home was conveniently located for all that we did. We walked to a pub for lunch. We traveled a few minutes by car to Joe's KC Barbecue which was awesome. We traveled a few minutes by car to Walmart for our groceries. The home was less than 15 minutes by car to the Plaza and the wedding venue. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the home was well appointed.
