There`s also a driveway for off-street parking that allows for one vehicle as well as a private backyard.

You will have access to the entire unit as listed! There is a unit on the other side of the shared wall of this listing, however, the tenants do not have access to the backyard.

There one reserved off-street parking spot in the driveway. This driveway is divided down the middle by the property line. The other side is designated for our neighbor.

Located in the uptown Broadmoor neighborhood, you will be a short ride from just about anywhere you may desire to go in the city. Our neighborhood is extremely centrally located which will help cut down your travel time and give you more time to enjoy our beautiful city! There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby just ask us for recommendations!

We recommend using Uber/Lyft services if you do not have your own car with you! Both Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area!
