House is located on the Third Tee Box of Walden on Lake Conroe. Lots on both sides belong to owner and can be used for recreational activities or gatherings. Garage will hold 1 car Public golf available 1 mile away on Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville resort. You can get day passes at the water park for the family.All restaurants on the “island” are open to the public. If you want to golf Walden the owner may be able to play with you as guests on Walden Country Club. Walden is Highly Rated with one of the 500 top holes in the world

Marvelous master suite with king bed, the master bath is over 250 square feet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third is office/bedroom sofa bed. Enjoy amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine. The 2 bathrooms feature a glass enclosed shower, and jetted bathtub. The second full bath has a shower tub combo as is good size

Kitchen has ice maker fridge and full amenities including everything you need for cooking and eating. House is done in beautiful quartz counters throughout

Hardwood floors and tile. Screened in patio to watch the deer go by in the evening with seating and ceiling fans as well as open back deck with grill and seating

Access to Walden pools and yacht club can be arranged. As well as a boat launch nearby
