Stayed Jun 22, 2025We loved this house! The a/c worked so well. The house was clean and didn't have a lot of knick knacks for my son to potentially break. The towels and sheets were very soft, but clean and fresh. The pool was amazing! It was clean and a great size for multiple families to play in at once. The location was great too! Right near grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! The only thing that was slightly lacking was the kitchen supplies. There weren't any sauce pans and only a toaster, stove and microwave for cooking appliances. Not a huge deal, but since we normally cook most of the time when we vacation, it made things a little challenging. Also there were no dressers or shelves to put clothes away. Not very convenient when you're staying for a week. But we made it work! The host was super friendly and responded promptly. We'd def consider staying here again!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025The property exceeded expectations. It was beautiful inside, very clean and spacious, with a large kitchen. The pool area was lovely. The condo was close to everything! The only drawback, totally outside the control of the host, was some noisy neighbors who ignored the pool hours, played loud music until after midnight, let their kids run up and down their inside stairs all hours, and woke us up at 2 am having a verbal argument.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Little Bay Landing is like being at a resort. We stayed for the month of March, the townhouse was stunning. The primary bedroom was so spacious even with a king size bed. The living area was so comfortable along with a huge kitchen. The pool area was fantastic, the kids had so much fun. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
