3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Disney area 8601

The location was good, nothing close, but it was a well maintained property with a lovely pool. We had an issue upon checking in but it was remedied quickly.

It was very nice . The distance to the atractions was perfect about 10’ to Magic Kingdom .

Great location. Unit has a view of the pool and a nice size patio. Perfect for a family getaway

Everything was as advertised. Nice, ground floor condo in good condition, clean and all equipment worked fine. Communication was great from the owner. We will use again if it is available on any return trip to Florida. Thanks to the owner for the great experience!

It was a nice place to stay clean and comfortable, however they could/should provide serving bowls along with the dishes. The lighting in the dining room could be better, no light shined on the dining table. Having stayed there in Dec when it gets dark outside earlier better lighting for the dining room would be nice. All the track lighting was pointing towards the outside sliding glass doors. The host was very nice and helpful.

Great location for going to Disney and Universal theme parks

Nice, clean space. Need a car as it is driving distance from all amenities and shopping. But not far, and the roads are good.

The condo was very clean, and exactly as advertised, having a manned gate at the property entrance was also really nice.

Our host was very communicative and was gracious to answer our questions. Our trip was enjoyable and that was largely due to our accommodations. Very clean and had all we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Nice condo centrally located - Great for a two night stay on a work trip. Was a shame we were not allowed to utilize the community amenities and the master room ceiling fan was broken.

Nice location to our event. Had a bit of a moldy smell. Disappointed we couldn’t use the pool just outside the porch.

My husband and i came with our 3 daughters ages 11,8 and 3. The condo was very spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice. Im big on bug issues and am happy to report we didn't see a single bug during our 4 night stay which was a big plus for me. The location is perfect for visiting area attractions. The beds were not the best and there were minimal supplies available. We had to buy detergent and wash a load of towels because only 6 were supplied total. But the biggest complaint from me was that guests couldn't use the pool area. I'd never stayed in a rental where that was the case. But overall, i would recommend to others. The host was responsive and it was clearly communicated beforehand that the pool wouldnt be available and i felt the price adequately reflected this.

Quiet location, super close to Disney World. Traffic between parks and condo very minimal. Property management was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the fire alarm battery beeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Very centrally located, very clean and updated

Great location! Super close to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and EPCOT where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! So much easier to get ready in the mornings. Beds are firm. I didn’t have issues but others in my group had complaints of stiffness in the mornings. Plenty of linens proved except wash cloths. Only 2 cloths found. A plethora of hand towels and full size towels were available. There are many light switches but only half of them turn a light on. The lights that do come on are low wattage. At night the space is not very bright. My only concern is the front door didn’t feel solid when locked from the outside. There was a lot of wiggle room when the door was “locked”. When locked from the inside with the extra latch the door didn’t move as much. Even with the door issue I would consider staying at this location again. I had a great experience communicating with the host. Extremely quick with responding and friendly.

Overall, our stay was good. Pros:- Great floor plan. Perfect for our needs- The host was incredibly accommodating, including last minute changes to our travel schedule- Great affordable price- Great location in Orlando. It was on the first floor of the facility, so very convenient to get to.Cons- The interior was very dated and could use some updates.- The mattresses are far overdue to be replaced.- It was very difficult to assess the cleanliness, as some aspects seemed very clean and others seemed dusty and questionably clean.- My bed sheets were so worn out it was difficult to tell if they were clean because they had some stains.- the lock on the front door feels Jerry-rigged. It’s unsettling to feel how much plan is in the front door when locked.Overall, the place served its intended purpose for us while we were in town for a business conference. However, just some simple updates and deep cleaning could really bring it back up to a 5-star experience.

So I loved everything about the condo. It’s was very basic and nothing fancy but that was okay with us. It’s huge and comfortable for my family of 6. The only thing I would say that needs updating is the beds! The blankets are so thin and the mattress feels like a board. You will also need to make sure you bring extra wash clothes and towels if you have a larger group. The amenities on site were not available to us (such as the gym and pool) and we didn’t find this out until arrival. I guess what comes with your stay is different if you book through a private owner is what was told. We wasn’t at the condo too much anyways. The place was perfect for us. We even reached out to the owner and extended our stay for a few days so communication was great! You can’t beat this price so even the few bad things were fine.

This condo is the perfect location to Disney. It was only about a 10 minute drive to the parks. We appreciate that it was clean and the full size shampoo was a plus.

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this condo unit. The online listing was accurate,clean and it's close to many attractions, fast food, restaurants, grocery store and shopping area. Communication was also top notch. We Highly recommend this place.
