Just an outstanding home and neighborhood. By far the nicest place we stayed on our long trip east. The house is spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The area was great for walking our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen and baths for basic needs. Host was readily available for questions and made sure we had the requested crockpot to use. Very relaxing home and nice amenities that were just as listed. We will book here again when we are in Paducah.

We have never stayed in Paducah and this was an awesome experience. Nate had great communication before we got there and the house was inviting and comfortable. Wishing we could have stayed longer and will be sure to stay there again if in the area.

House was clean and was exactly as pictured. Also, the owner, Nate was really easy to work with.

We travelled with our adult children and spouse and infant as well as one of our dogs. The house was spacious and had everything we all needed. My husband and I always travel with our dogs and it’s hard to find a fenced in yard. This fit the bill perfectly! The kitchen and main room are open and it made gathering with everyone work easily!

Great place and quiet location! Nate was a great communicator before and all throughout our stay. We used all three bedrooms and all slept great. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Nice blackout curtains in street-facing bedroom! Appropriate instructions for use of televisions and great selection of streaming services. While we didn’t do any cooking, there was ample things provided if we had wanted to cook. Would highly recommend Nate’s place if you need a place to stay in the Paducah area!

Nate’s property was up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and linens. Beds were comfortable, too. We felt very safe, as the property was in a nice residential neighborhood. Entry way was well-lit and check-in procedures were detailed and easy to understand. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire pit!

This property is fantastic if you’re looking to stay in Paducah! Renting was a breeze. The owner is very communicative and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now, and would absolutely stay again during future trips to Kentucky!

This house is on a corner and located in a quiet neighborhood. This listing is a true find. We will stay here every time we come to Paducah! The listing is exactly as described. There is plenty of room for group activities but cozy enough to allow for privacy from your fellow travelers. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of the same appliances you have at home. The bathroom is well stocked as well. The check in and out process is a snap but best of all Nate is an excellent host. He was accessible and answered all of our questions within a matter of minutes. He was attentive without being intrusive. One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. If your looking for a place in Paducah you can’t go wrong with this property!

This property was perfect for a girls getaway trip. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with little extras that made it that much nicer. The furniture was comfortable and the electric fireplace made the living area cozy. The house was very clean and the mattress/bedding was comfy. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again if were in the area.

We're from Northern IL and try to find places a little further South to get away from the snow for a few days. This property that we booked fit the bill for us and our two Blue Heelers. The house had all the modern comforts, was super clean, and was nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for a larger group if needed. There's a fenced in yard if you have dogs like us and they'll enjoy exploring. There's also Bob Nobel dog park about 18 minutes away that has a separate fenced in areas for large and small dogs. The neighborhood is quiet so no worries about noisy neighbors. Plenty of restaurants within 10-20 minutes, there's a grocery store about 6-9 minutes away and a Super Walmart about 18-20 minutes away located across from the shopping Mall.I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Paducah.

Nice house, very clean and served our needs. Only negative was supposed to be able to check in at 4:00, but was informed it wouldnt be ready until 5:00 or 5:30.

We had a funeral in town and the house was perfect. Great host. Very attentive. There was going to be inclement weather and Nate came by the night before to lay down ice melt so our family wouldn’t slip and fall. We will definitely stay here again.

Although we just stayed for one night, we found everything we needed. The host is super friendly and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! Appreciate the great accommodations.

This was the perfect place for us....incredinly clean, very soft beds, and all amenities were perfect. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet, about 5-10 minutes outside of Paducah and very easy to get to. If you are contemplating a couple of hotel rooms versus this place, I'd recommend this place 100 times over. The host is incredible with communication and shares his recommendations with guests. If youre looking in the Paducah area, dont let this place go.
