Enjoying splendid views over the River Camel, this stylish bungalow lies along the southern edge of the idyllic coastal town of Padstow and makes a fantastic getaway for families, couples and friends discovering a tranquil part of North Cornwall. Featuring a decked terraced to the front, and a charming back garden with a petanque boules court, the property offers spacious, relaxing accommodation for six guests. Within a mile of Padstow’s working harbour, this cosy retreat is ideal for walkers, cyclists, water sports fans, beach lovers and nature spotters exploring the area’s gorgeous countryside, quaint villages and glorious coastline.

The bungalow features a light-filled lounge/diner with a living flame effect gas fire, a Smart TV and lovely views across the river. There’s a charming dining area to the rear, with double doors opening through to the stylishly equipped kitchen. You will also find a handy bathroom and three bedrooms: a charming king-size room with a TV, a delightful twin and a sweet bunk bedroom. Patio doors open onto the front decked terrace. Overlooking the sloping lawn of the front garden, the terrace has a picnic bench and beautiful views out over the estuary. The back garden has a pretty lawn, bordered by shrubs and flowers, sloping up to a decked terrace with garden furniture, a BBQ and petanque boules court.

Padstow is known for its working harbour and a fantastic variety of famous restaurants specialising in locally caught seafood. The town is also home to an Elizabethan Manor, Prideaux Place, and makes a great base for water sports, boat trips and fishing excursions. The cottage lies along the Camel Trail as it heads east to Wadebridge (8 miles) and inland to Bodmin (16 miles). Local attractions include Pencarrow House and Garden, Bodmin Jail and Springfield Fun Park, all within 16 miles.
