We enjoyed our stay at this cozy family and pet friendly home- it had everything we needed and the wooded location within walking distance to Cooks Brook beach was perfect! Our host Sarah was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a wonderful week away at this cottage. The open plan of the cottage was great, small yet comfortable for our family of 3 and our large pup. We wished our oldest and his partner could have joined as the space would have been perfect for us all. Communication was a breeze with Sarah and the walk to the association beach was at most 5 mins, and lovely; down a sandy lane and perfect for toting kids. And the low tides!!! Evenings around the fire pit and grilling outside were relaxing and fun. Washer/dryer in the basement were great, our only recommendation would be a new set of cooking knives for the kitchen as the ones available were very dull and we cooked at home a lot, but that was not the end of the world by any means. We hope to return soon!!

This place is pure charm!

I booked the cottage for a long, autumn weekend. It’s in a great location, on a quiet, sandy road just a five-minute walk to a private beach. The cottage feels more spacious than its 900 sq ft, and the property itself is large. I’d love to come back in the summer to spend more time outdoors.

The house was lovely. The proximity to the beach was perfect. So nice and quiet. We had a great weekend!

We loved this adorable, well-appointed cottage and it’s easy access to a beautiful bayside private beach, where the sunsets were next level! The outdoor shower was the best (our friend took pics, so she can build her own). Our host, Sarah, was so helpful and communicative, and we felt very looked after. We will no doubt be back!

We loved staying in this great cottage! Even nicer than the pictures and a short walk to the ocean. Very clean and well equipped! Loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! Had a lovely stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

We loved this quiet, tucked away home on a dirt road! Close enough to walk to private Beach on the bay side. Out little ones loved exploring and digging during low tide and swimming during high tide. Great star gazing at night. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. We hope to come again!

This was the cutest beach cottage! It's on a quiet, private lane, a quarter mile walk from the beach, and perfectly situated to explore the National Seashore beaches. The house is cozy and super inviting. Even though there is only one bathroom, there is a great outdoor shower. The yard and gardens are beautiful, complete with fairy lights at night. We loved our stay and would love to come back sometime!

Sarah was great to deal with and the cottage is even nicer in person than in the pics. Amazing quiet beach is a very close walk away. Nice to have large capacity laundry onsite with our big group. We had to travel light so it was handy to be able to do some wash. All the extra toys, wagons, chairs, etc are provided so we didn't have to pack those either. Very pretty yard where we got to watch the hummingbirds and other wildlife over morning coffees. Outdoor shower is excellent! It's def a 4.5 stay, but VRBO doesn't allow for halves;) We did not have the best weather so spent more time indoors than planned -- for 6 adults the main living area is a bit tight. Also the outdoor eating area is just one picnic table, which is a bit tight for 6 adults. These factors are the only reason I hesitate to rate it full 5-stars. If you are 7 adults (which we almost were) I would not recommend. For 4 or 5 people, it would be awesome!

Had a great stay here. House is on a private, quiet road with access to a private beach less than 1/4 mile away. House is dog friendly and has full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor shower. There is also a fire pit with chairs, small deck with couch, lounge chairs and picnic table. There is also washer/dryer and beach equipment in basement with storage for your bicycles. We rode our bikes to a nearby ice cream spot that isn't very busy (The Landing) and you can ride to the CC Rail Trail about 1.5 miles from house. Everything is as advertised and we would definitely come back again.

This property was so cute! Bigger plot and bigger house than I thought. Directions for the keys was easy to follow. Finding the house was pretty easy, until the end our gps told us we arrived 2 houses before we actually did. The only downside was the listing said there was air conditioning and there actually wasn’t. We had a great time, and the cottage was perfect for us.

Great... loved the garden as well.
