Great please. Easy to access! And pet friendly. Would stay again.

Great location. Grear layout Great furnished kitchen. Great owner. Clean although have to wear shoes or socks otherwise feet willl be black.

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Sarah’s condo. Great location for spring training and other things to do. Close to the green belt for walking/biking. Host was very easy to communicate with.

What a wonderful property! Everything was just perfect! Location was right off the 101 so easy to get to places. I couldn’t have ask for better hosts. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (detergent, coffee, etc.) Located within walking distance of Chaparral Park and a couple restaurants. 5 minutes from Old Town. Steve was great to work with and very responsive. Price was significantly better than anything comparable, close to Old Town. Definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice and looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was clean and well stocked (plenty of towels and kitchen had lots of supplies). The shower in the master was lovely! It was also very quiet, despite being near a road. The condo was lovely, but the complex was basic and the back patio area backed up to the carport.

This is an awesome place to stay! I can’t say enough nice things about Steve. I had to drop a day from the original plan and we so great about it! Super accommodating-which I greatly appreciated. Without even asking Steve let me know that the place was available a half a day earlier than expected! So nice since I landed in the morning. The place is cute and very clean with all kinds of coffee and unexpected supplies one forgets to pack! The outdoor patio is equipped with bar area as well as a table. The sun hit the area and the chairs reclined!I loved it and will come stay here again! Thanks, Steve!

Steve was an excellent commentator and very helpful when our flight almost got delayed. The amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was perfect for the 5 of us, close proximity to Old Town, kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was outside maintenance work on the building made the patio and grill area unusable and a bit dirty. Not the owner’s fault and they gave me a bit of a refund because of it. Would rent it again.

It was so good and pacefull

I believe the development is a little older, but the unit is all remodeled, clean and fresh. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked. I like having the convenience of K cups for coffee, and this place supplied everything you needed for that. Enjoyed the back patio, spent some time sitting by the pool. A little chilly out didn’t get in the water plus it’s not heated. Short walk to a very nice park. Very easy access.. we all enjoyed her stay there!

Enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. My wife and I met some friends to stay a few days. Both couples had a slightly difficult time finding the property (you can't use GPS, and we are not from the area, although after reviewing Steve's instructions a few times, we made it there). Location near Chaparral park and Fashion Square was excellent. Interior of townhouse was nicely done. Kitchen was well supplied. Sofa cushions and bathroom rugs could certainly use an update, as could the mattresses and pillows (not the most comfortable). Shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice stay!

Our grandson loved the patio and the pool! We liked all the thoughtful amenities to make our stay very pleasurable. The location for our needs was very accessible. Steve came to fix the garbage disposal. Which was the only thing that needed fixing. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place and location.

We came here for an extended weekend to visit our son who attends ASU. The location was convenient to the airport, old town Scottsdale and ASU. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and updated. We had plenty of room to hang out. The beds were too soft for our taste but everything was clean. Steve and Sarah were very helpful and responsive!

We had a 3 night get together with 3 HS friends . Steve’s place is just as advertised - great floor plan, location, clean, easy to find. Communication was easy and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Sarah's townhome. Excellent communication, great location, beautiful, well-equipped kitchen (with pretty much everything you need to prepare a real meal.) Wonderful property with a very nice, well maintained pool (and if you have little ones there are floatation noodles and toys for the pool.) The townhome community reminded us of neighborhoods in west LA in the old days with nice low-rise, courtyard apartments with well manicured grounds and a nice quiet, private pool surrounded by mature palm trees. (Water was too cold to swim for us this time of year but got to soak up the sun by the pool during our stay.) Great patio adjacent to the covered parking spots. Multiple grocery stores nearby and a great park (Chaparral Park) nearby to walk, run, bike or for kids to play. (The park actually has a lake that is stocked with trout and bass if you bring your fishing pole and get a local license.) We would definitely book again.

Used this property for a guys’ golf trip. Great space, and great central location—not far from airport, and location just off 101 provides convenient access to get to a lot of golf course options.

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 4 plus my sister. The place has all sorts of unexpected amenities from great streaming options on big flatscreens to board games, and more cooking equipments than anything e could ever ask for. The beds were comfy, the appliances were modern, and most importantly, the host was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. We will definitely be back!!!

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as listed and in a perfect location for Grand Canyon University graduates and their families to stay. We do feel a little guilty about drinking so much coffee though lol. Thank you for helping this graduate live a once in a lifetime experience in such a beautiful place.
