3 bed 2 bath Home 11 miles from Atlantic Ocean

Host was attentive. House is much older and needs some updating. It is very close to the highway and that made it difficult to sleep. Bring your own towels and paper produces. The sunroom is amazing and would be a good place to stay if you were passing through on a short stay.

This is an older home, but it was warm, comfortable, plenty of space, and adequate for what we needed. Our only complaint is the road noise.

Nice, simple home. A small drive to town but close enough to the ferry. House was clean. Probably will stay here in the future if available.

The house was clean and has plenty of space to spread out. There is also a large yard that we did not have use for but would be nice for a family. Having access and being able to use the garage was great for us having to store scuba gear. Thanks for having us!

Pictures do not show room size accuracy. The rooms are much larger. Kitchen is small though. It's a little odd and quirky. Perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed both porches. They are large enough to use for out door games and to keep kids busy if the weather gets ugly. It's not exactly close to the towns or beaches but not an unpleasant distance either.There is a gas station on the corner for ice etc.. Oh...heads up...no ice maker in the freezer and no ice cube trays, so stop at that gas station on your way there. You will have some surprises here and there in the home but that's what makes it fun and memorable. The host was great when I freaked out and lost my email with the check in info. The kitchen is equiped with just the basics. I did buy some stuff and left it there. If you need to make something that calls for a special not too common utensil...then pack it. Dollar stores are close just in case. I don't recommend the Sanitary Restaurant for seafood. Food left a lot to be desired. The Banks Grill is highly recommended for breakfast (Island French Toast...OMG) You will find yourself there every morning and you will not mind the wait. Enjoy...we sure did!

We came down for anniversary weekend. The hosue was clean and very spacious. And close to just about anything. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed this location and place . It was clean and comfortable.

Went on a fishing trip and this place was a good location to stay and was adequate for what we needed for a couple of nights
