Plenty of room in the house and beautifully decorated. Alot of nice amenities in the house and they think of eveything you may need for cleaning, bath needs, etc. Nice neighborhood.

Property was just as advertised, even better. Amenities galore. Well-stocked kitchen with some spices, flour, sugar, coffee and tea. A General Dollar store just a few blocks away, within walking distance. The property is located in a convenient location by main highway, off a frontage road. We did hear some road noise. But not a problem for us. Lovely patio and well-manicured yard. Property manager was very responsive to our emails, usually within a minute or two. Would definitely stay again.

This is a unique and cozy home with lots of amenities. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Tammy was very welcoming and responsive. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Immediately as we walked in the front door we felt at ease and started to relax after 2 days of driving. The home has lots of charm and beauty, it is very large, we would love to stay here again with friends or family. Super easy to find, awesome communications, loved that everything was labeled so we could easily put our hands on whatever we needed. We loved the kitchen nook, so enjoyable to sit there and visit. The welcome card and a bottle of wine was a lovely welcome. The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely get away that felt like home.

Checkin was easy and communication great. The home itself is lovely, very clean and stocked thoughtfully. My stay over a couple days was peaceful and i would surely return.

We come to Yuma regularly for work and even though this home is further from our school, ww stayed here again! It's cozy and comfortable and spread out so people have different areas to hang out or watch tv or play games. Fantastic host and we will be back again!!!

We loved our stay here! Tammy has created an amazing home for guests. It is clean, spacious and true to the pictures. She had filled it with all of the necessary comforts and decorations without it being cluttered or kitchy. Tammy was very communicative and supportive with me every step and she even went above and beyond in helping me out when a family emergency arose during our stay. I will definitely be looking to rent one of Tammy's properties in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home was not only cozy, it has everything! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the AC does work great! We did not have time to try out the hot tub, but the set up outside is awesome with a wet bar and HUGE TV so next time for sure. A really cool feature of this house is the different areas. It’s almost like it has a separate’wing’. Would be great for larger group or multiple families. This home definitely made our favorites list and we will be back! Thank you

Perfect weekend get away. House was very clean and all the amenities you need. Air conditioners work great. Good communication from the host. I highly recommend this place.
