This south facing 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath deluxe townhome offers a spacious living room with adjoining fully stocked kitchen and private deck with gas BB-Q grill. Guests will enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and from the comfortable living room and nicely appointed bedrooms.

Amenities in thistownhome include flatscreen TVs, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests of Aspen Ridge #4 will also enjoy the sunny spa room featuring a private indoor hot tub and dry sauna.

Aspen Ridge does not allow dogs at any of their homes. If a dog is discovered, a substantial fee as well as a carpet clean will be charged at the guests expense.

Beautiful and spacious townhome-style condo in Mountain Village. The home was nicely outfitted in terms of furnishings, fixtures, and linens. The beds were particularly comfortable. Great space for removing/storing skis and boots away from living space. Due to poor snow pack, we had a longer than hoped for walk to the slopes, but that was Mother Nature’s fault, not the condo’s. With good snow coverage, it seems the slope access would be decent - a short walk across the street to access the Chondola. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and abundant natural light!
