Well designed and decorated...would definitely stay again

The rental was easy to find and generally looked like the photos. However, our stay was impacted by pest issues. We encountered roaches throughout the property, including in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the silverware drawer on our last day. We reported the issue, but it was not fully resolved during our stay.There were also ants coming in and out of an electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom, which was reported but never addressed. While insect spray was provided, it was only effective on contact and had a very strong odor.The property also asks guests to clean before checkout, but only basic supplies were available, a broom and dustpan, but no mop or other cleaning supplies.Overall, the location and appearance were positives, but the pest issues made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. A professional extermination service would greatly improve the experience.

The condo was in a great location. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Condo was set up perfect for 2 couples. The only thing to make the stay more enjoyable would be to have local products ( body wash, coffee etc) to introduce us to local products. Overall, we would stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing stay and will definitely stay there again when we go back. The condo was just as pictured and was in such a great location. Millicent was super sweet and helped us with a smooth check in and check out. We never got to use the pool but it was beautiful. The location was great and easily assessable to great restaurants, etc. Loved it!! Thank you :)

Second time staying here. Excellent property in good location. As described. Shame that the microwave wasn’t working, which proved difficult with kids. This aside a very good stay and hope to return.

Spent 7 days at the villa. Overall it was ok. Some things do need to be updated. The shower doors and fixtures are so water stained with spots that they look like they were not cleaned. No AC downstairs. Only one tv in the living room where there is no AC. Wi-Fi very spotty. Usually didn’t work up stairs. Pool is very dangerous! No depth markings at all. Would I stay there again? Probably not. It was good for the price.

Everything on the listing was accurate and manger was warm and welcoming. Not to far from the Strip and other local sites. Will return and make this my second home.
