This home is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach! They provide EVERYTHING you could possibly need on your vacation! We have loved staying here the past three years and look forward to many more!

We had a great experience with this property. It was everything as described and more. The home is beautiful and was just as described. So many extras were at this home in the kitchen and living areas. Can not say enough good things about this rental. Just outstanding! The view was great as well. Plan to go back later this year.

What a week we had! We traveled from Massachusetts for my son’s wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! The house was everything that was listed and more! Every detail was just perfect. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to visit again!

In one word AMAZING!!!! everyone who stayed mention how nice it was, location was perfect. I made the arrangements, and everyone gave me credit for my excellent choice. There are plans to return sometime in the future and continue ocean time and shark tooth hunting.

This is a wonderful property! It’s beautiful and so clean and cozy. We’ve been to Topsail 6 times and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. In addition to a great view of the Atlantic and just a few steps to a public beach access (approximately 125 steps), this house has a well-stocked kitchen, great indoor and outdoor space, bikes to use and lots of beach toys/chairs/towels. Communication was fantastic and we truly had the loveliest time.

We had an awesome stay here! Amazing view from the balcony of the ocean! Short walk to the beach! Surf City is very peaceful compared to other beaches. I would definitely like to stay here again!

We just wrapped up our stay and it was nothing short of incredible! This house is a true gem and is as amazing as all the reviews say. It has literally everything you need that most houses dont: nice beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen with QUALITY cookware, real Tupperware, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, huge washer and dryer, Dyson vacuum, noise machines, chargers, a wine fridge, a propane grill on the top floor off the kitchen, and more. Providing towels, both beach and bath, the shampoo and hand soap, and fully made beds was such a nice touch. The house is so bright and open that it just invites hanging out. It really felt like a resort. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes tops and we even felt comfortable with our kids going back and forth by themselves. You are within a 15 min walk of all the “downtown” stuff like ice cream and restaurants. We loved the location. The ONLY things that we can think of to improve the house would be curtains in the top floor master (it’s so bright in the morning, which is amazing, but not great for sleep) and then having dressers in the top master and bunk room. It was a little chaotic with no drawers for clothes, though the shelves in the closet helped. Even though the weather was the worst we have ever had at the beach, the house more than made up for it. I can’t say enough good things about this house. We loved it so much that we booked it again for next year when we were halfway through our week. See you next year!

This was the second time we stayed at this house. It is our happy place. The host is awesome to work with. The house is well appointed and we appreciated all the extra touches.

By far the nicest house we have ever rented! We loved everything about it and hated to leave! The house is very well planned out, was very clean and well stocked. Located on a quiet street, access to the beach was easy, shops within walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the deck… the view made it feel like we were oceanfront. So glad we stayed here and can’t wait to return!

This property was well stocked and very nicely decorated. It was very clean. There were 2 public beach entrances close by and that made it nice each day to have an option on where to go and set up our things on the beach. We saw dolphins almost every day from the upper and lower decks. Will be staying again!

This home was perfect location, close enough to the beach to comfortably walk with kids to the beach. Property was everything promised in the pictures. Very well appointed and had everything we needed for a week at the beach with young children and adults. When we return to surf city, we will definitely rent this house again. The hosts were very accommodating and made our visit enjoyable.

Beautiful home right near the beach! Perfect for a family vacation!

We visit Surf City twice a year. This is the first time staying at this property. It was amazing. The owners thought of everything that you could possibly need. Next time I can pack less because this place has it all!! Would totally recommend. It will not disappoint.

As soon as we walked in I knew this was the best beach house I’ve stayed at! Everything about our stay here was perfect!! It has alll the amenities- elevator, ping pong table, all the kitchen items, even TVs, chargers and noisemakers in the bedrooms (and the beds were super comfy)! Each floor has balconies with beautiful views of the ocean and we loved eating dinner on the top floor balcony and watching the sunset. The house was very clean and organized and very cute!! The hosts are so kind and provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat nearby. We walked everywhere during our stay - our favorite places were Shaka Taco, Hot Diggity Dogz, and Sundial coffee! Can’t recommend it more and we hope to be back again sometime!

Excellent all around. This beautiful home was the perfect base for our family Thanksgiving week celebration. Clean, well-equipped, well-appointed. Owner communication was terrific.
