Parking: Street parking for one car is available with a parking pass. Additional cars can use nearby paid street parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM, parking is free.



Please Note:

1. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit is required which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.

2. No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.

3. Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.

4. Same-day bookings: Check-in may be delayed while the home is prepared. Please confirm your arrival time with us before booking.

Drought conditions and local water-use restrictions may also limit watering, so lawns and landscaping may appear drier or less green than pictured.
