2BR Sedona retreat with red rock views, hot tub, Wi-Fi, and patio.

Did not realize the property was located on the highway.

We stayed here for a few nights, while visiting Sedona. The entire house is clean, comfortable and has everything one may need when traveling with the family. Designated parking is provided as well The place is located very close to many hiking sites. We peeled on in a guest binder the owner(s) had and followed their recommendations on dining options and weren't disappointed. What's neat is that the door has a digital lock and you don't need to retrieve a key.

Convenient location. Lots of shopping and food available. Hiking close by walkable and driveable. Good coffee and utensila.

Great location just out of town with restaurants close but area quiet! Very well appointed with everything you could need when we wanted to cook at home. Tv in all bedrooms.

Great place; plenty of space. Easy in and out on multiple levels. Traffic is a breeze, which we found is not always the case in uptown Sedona. Check in and out instruction were simple and minimal. Thank you! Great restaurants near by and close proximity to several popular hikes. Uptown and West Sedona only a few minutes drive.

The townhome is clean, it was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed in the kitchen & even a washer & dryer. The host is easy to work & communicate with - great experience!

Enjoyed our stay: excellent location on the south side of town (less traffic), near awesome restaurants, clean and awesome grill out back, kitchen well stocked, ample parking, near hiking trails. Truly felt like a home away from home.

The description got us in the door. Fabulous kitchen. Very good beds. Nice and needed extra amenities. It appears that the unit is wiped, sprayed and made shiny. Bathroom areas DIRTY, sinks, tubs and showers,all floors not clean. Walking around in socks, the socks were blackened. The description gave an option for 3 beds and a pull out couch, both are inaccurate. The couch is not a pull out and even though we opted for twins we got two kings. The two bedrooms are upstairs with a stairway of 16 steep steps. Very difficult for senior access. That pull out couch became an option but there wasn’t one. We made the best of it even though it wasn’t optimal. The lovely kitchen and the lovely beds and bedding made up for some of it.

Property was quaint, cozy, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Hubby and I stayed a long weekend for our 25th anniversary and had the best time. Only issue were beds which were 2 twins pulled together to make a king size bed. In one room the bed separated in the middle while sleeping and was really soft and squeaky every time we tossed and turned so we moved to the other bedroom which was better but still very squeaky. Other than that, property was excellent and will definitely come back and stay again. Would recommend to all.

Wonderful place and very clean. I might suggest having a box of tissues handy. Also, the refrigerator leaks (likely a drain clog) and our food got wet. Overall it was a nice stay.

The condo was extremely clean and furnishings were mostly top of the line, especially the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The listing says the living room furniture is brand new but it is definitely not. The couch should be replaced. The area rug in the living room is coming up on two corners and is a trip hazard. One of the patio blinds is missing which gives a view to the inside after dark.When we walked in there was no electrical power in the unit - no lights, a/c, etc. I sent a mssg to the owner via VRBO and then tried calling him but got no answer, so I left a voice mail. We didn't know if we should unpack, or if we should go buy groceries for the weekend (with no refrigeration). After some time my husband finally went next door and learned their power was off also. Nearly, two hours later It was beginning to get warmer and darker inside so I tried calling the owner again. He answered and said he had just forwarded me a link to a message from the power company saying the outage was area wide and they were working on it. By this time I was pretty fed up and I felt not receiving either a phone call or a mssg from the owner himself was totally out of line. He said it was an act of God and there is nothing I can do about it. His handling of the situation was not what I expected and it put a real damper on our overall experience and feelings toward this rental.

This place is great! Amenities are well thought out with care for the guests. I felt like I was at home, but cleaner and more luxurious. I like that it was outside of Sedona proper and quieter. It was so central to everything that we were able to cram a lot in 2 days. Slept great in the comfy beds. Balcony views, one with beautiful sunsets, and hearing coyotes at night was above and beyond what we expected.

Our third year in a row staying here while on vacation in Sedona. We will be back next year for sure. Nice property in a good location.

Great location! We walked to Bell Rock right from the condo. That was so convenient because we could see the parking lot there was full when we arrived and when we finished our hike. We bought steaks and sides for dinner to cook, and the kitchen and outdoor grill was perfect for this. Beautiful weather to sit on the balcony and enjoy a bottle of wine in the evening watching the shadows on the red rocks while the sun went down. We hope to make our way back here soon!

The location was great! We could easily walk to the Bell Rock trails and to nearby dining options. Very nice to have 2 rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Excellent location and communication. Tons of space and kitchen was well stocked. Close to lots of restaurants in Oak Creek. Only thing that was strange was that we thought we were getting a king sized bed, but we had two twin beds pushed together, which made things just slightly shorter than we expected. Was not a dealbreaker and would stay in this location again.

Perhaps it was due to the For Sale sign in the window, but the owners were largely disengaged during our stay, despite several requests to fix a recurring furnace noise (loud enough to wake us at night every time it came on), or to make Wi-Fi work. Lots of little signs of neglect. You should bring your own HDMI cables if you want to use the TV's.All that said, the townhome is in a beautiful location about a mile from Bell and Cathedral Rock hiking, and Sedona is a few miles up a gorgeous but often crowded road. It also has some decent creature comforts. Thus the 3 stars.

Great location, townhome was very clean and was very well supplied with all the necessities! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and just a short drive to uptown Sedona. Hosts were very easy to work with- would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property and a great part of Sedona. Close to hiking. Great restaurants nearby. Only 20 minutes to the wineries. The property is very well, organized, clean, comfortable.

House was fully equipped with everything we needed & clean. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Close to all the hiking we did. Easy check in & check out process. Would definitely stay again!

Accurate description. We greatly appreciated how well stocked (i.e., extra blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc.). The unit provided all we needed and more. Would stay there again.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The host is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to our questions. The condo is located in the quiet village of Oak Creek, about 15 minutes from the center of Sedona. We were away from the crowds, yet it was a short gorgeous drive into Sedona through the beautiful red rocks. There are a number of places to eat in Oak Creek and a delicious bakery right across the street. Cusina Rustica, a fabulous restuarant is about a mile down the road. The condo has a small patio on the back, and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. Just be aware that the condo is 2 stories with both bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a small covered balcony and private bath. In each bedroom, the beds can be made into 2 singles or a king. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. There is a private parking lot and 2 spaces for each condo. The condo is definitely a good value and lives up to its description.

Very clean premises and conveniently located.

This property was the perfect fit for my husband and I and another couple. It was on the main stretch not too far out from downtown Sedona! The beds were super comfy, kitchen full stocked with supplies and loved the small patio and grill. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay for hiking in the Sedona area! Amazing views in a quiet area, close to great hikes, easy and short drive to uptown Sedona. The townhome was very spacious for our family of 3 and extremely well-stocked and clean. Washer & Dryer in the unit on second floor with bedrooms. We had everything we needed and would definely stay here again!

This house is clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. It was an easy stay and we needed easy! We arrived on a late flight into Phoenix, so it was very late when we arrived. It was so nice to arrive to the home and know we didn't need to stop on the way to grab essentials. They had everything! Toilet paper and papertowels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even coffee, filters, creamer, and a variety of sugars! Plenty of space. Nicely decorated and clean. Super convenient location--breakfast and dinner spots right across the street. Located in the middle of evey touristy spot we had planned to visit. We had a great time. Beautiful!!!!

We stayed for two nights with our teens. Great layout for our family. Views from both bedroom balconies. Walked to grocery store and bakery. Quick drive to several trailheads. Phenomenal sunrise hike at Cathedral Rocks.

We loved the condo - the two bedrooms were nice, living and kitchen area perfect and even used the back deck area for awhile. I know some complained about being on the highway but it wasn't too bad even when i opened the window at night. Sedona is so busy that we enjoyed being south in Oak Creek area - had a great meal at Rustica (walking distance). And excellent communication when I booked. Thank you

Got there in the dark, hard to find unit number

Comfortable, quiet, clean townhouse. Kitchen was well stocked (coffee, sugar, spices) which was appreciated. Convenient location, close to hiking trails, restaurants and amenities. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. The location of the condo was close to many trail heads in the Oak Creek region. We also liked being close to Clark’s grocery store, and coffee shops, bakery. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would come again!

Great stay - Everything we needed for our stay! Only problem was iffy wifi in the area but it was being addressed.

We had a great stay and the unit is as described we enjoyed being in the quieter neighborhood and had all that we needed. Would return when next in the area.

My 2 girlfriends and I had the most wonderful Sedona visit and this property was one of the great reasons why! It was clean,comfortable and the check out process was a breeze! The locations was perfect and the communication with the owners was great! Highly recommend this condo!
