Easy access to 51 and I-10 freeway. 10-20 minute drive anywhere in the valley. Uber ride within 5-10 minutes to Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Oldtown Scottsdale and Arcadia.

Small two bedroom one bathroom stand alone unit. Each bedroom with queen beds. One tv in the living with streaming services. Stackedwasher and dryer. Gas range in the kitchen with microwave.

I`ll will be readily available throughout your stay by phone or text and less than a mile away if needed in person.

No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, the guest must open a P.O. Box. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. The management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
