Stayed Aug 28, 2025Inside the house was clean and had everything that you need. Back porch was infested with spiders and spider webs. This is on the lake but the water was not swim able. It smelled and had lots of geese and what looked liked pollutions. Sunset and view was beautiful. Quick drive to Burlington.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The space was as described. Well appointed and very clean. Three things to know:1. The shower is really small. We had a hard time showering.2. The mattresses need to be replaced. 3. The street is busy and the house is less than 10 feet from the street.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The property was as described on the listing and very clean! The furniture is really nice and extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. We loved the outdoor porch and enjoyed the sunset, even if it was a bit chilly! Beach access in the off season is a short walk past the house. A huge bonus was the provided linens which saved a lot of packing space!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The only thing that wasn't awesome was the parking. I really didn't like opening my door on the street side of the car with the cars flying by so close.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023We loved staying at this cozy house right on Lake Champlain. Location was super convenient, just 10-15 minutes from Burlington. The house was really clean, kitchen had everything we needed, including Keurig for morning coffee on the back deck. Pickleball courts nearby. We hiked, biked, played games, swam and shopped. Central AC worked great. Would stay here again.
