Clean and cozy place to stay. Quick walk to the beach to watch sunsets and easy walk to main street for shopping and dining.

Location was great. Quiet, clean, comfortable - except not very warm if you like it overly warm like me. Great price. Block or two over from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Very quite and close to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Large back deck for privacy. You can hear and smell the ocean from the back deck. Its very relaxing. The front yard needs some TLC. The flowers were dry and the weeds are pretty bad. Not a deal breaker but the other yards in the neighborhood are very manicured. It would be nice to have a table for the back deck and maybe a gas firepit.

This would be a perfect appt for 2 people, or even 2 couples.I wish there was a couple more mirrors, but other than that

We enjoyed the house very much for the location and size for our family. The rooms were great. The only down side we experienced was that a toilet in one of the bathrooms made a lot of noise filling the tank and a floorboard in one of the bedrooms was a bit raised which made it easy to trip a bit when walking around the room. However in spite of these minor issues, we would book this home again.

There were three of us and accommodations were perfect for us. My only word of caution was the difficulty in making the turn to go down the private road to get to the parking area. I have a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, not huge- but it took careful navigation (back and forth several times) every time I was coming in. There was some info about the parking in the book inside the house. However, I did not recall seeing anything when making the reservation. Therefore, my only suggestion would be to make that clear in the reservation process. If I missed something - I apologize - but otherwise - it was a great time!!

The cottage was literally 3 minute walk to the beach. Getting to the parking spot was a little tight in and tricky but doable. The place was very nicely done except the bed was very uncomfortable for me.

This little house is an absolute gem! Great location for a getaway. Neighborhood was very quiet, house was clean, close to the beach and the prom and had everything we needed for a few days stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the fireplace made for a welcoming and warm night sitting and watching TV. The host was easy to communicate with. If you can rent this place consider yourself lucky! We will be back.

Overall, a very good experience

2 adult couples, Cousins. This was the perfect cozy cottage for our 1 week stay. Close to 15 of our kids and grandkids. Close to the Prom and beach. See you next year!!

Overall, we had a good stay and we’d book again. Less than one mile walk to beach and downtown. We do have a few recommendations. Let guests know in the description before booking that laundry is downstairs in the garage which requires going downstairs and outside. Towels were stained. Buy new towels, bath rugs, and shower liners. They are all worn out. Hot water in Queen bedroom does not stay hot in shower. Beds are comfortable. House is cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were available when needed and very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe.

We had a wonderful time hanging out in this adorable cottage! Great location to other family accommodation and a block to the beach. A relative snapped it up for next year!

Perfect location for everything fun in seaside. Cute place with the right amount of space for 2 couples. Really appreciated the wonderful comminication as well. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

The property location was great, about a block from the beach access. Located on a quiet dead end street The house was comfortable, with plenty of towels and adequate furnishings. It would be a cozy fit for fourI was very disturbed to find someone’s underwear in a bedroom dresser drawer, with worn slippers in the closet. Dust bunnies under the beds and corners of the rooms. The parking was difficult for a full size pickup to access, I couldn’t make a very tight corner going to the rear of the house where we were supposed to park without backing up. A small car would be able to navigate it much easier.

I could not have been happier. This cottage was perfect for just myself, a stretch of days to reflect on the past year, and do a little looking ahead at life. It was easy to cook for myself (all the kitchen essentials are there), and walk to beach and to downtown Seaside. Communication with management was easy, courteous. And when I had to call with a minor issue with the toilet, the maintenance guy was there in 15 minutes to deal with. Though I was alone, the two bedrooms are fairly large, and two couples could comfortably stay together. And the weather this past week was classic autumn -- some rains, some sun, and great sunsets.
