Stayed Jan 21, 2024This house was wonderful. I usually don't like to stay in this community as we've had issues with other properties in the past, but Nathan was an excellent host. He was quick to respond and very communicative. We did have an issue with the security at the front gate but he was able to clear it up and stay on top of it so it did not become an issue again. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 18, 2023We stayed here over our Christmas vacation and it was perfect! The pool is just a block away the house is very cute and modern and we all slept comfortably. It’s close to the Polo Club, short drive to La Quinta for shopping and restaurants. The backyard got sun all day and was wonderful to have our morning coffee outside! Also, tv’s in every room and hosts are wonderful to boot! Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 17, 2023My wife and I truly enjoyed our month long stay at Nathan’s house in Indio. Nicely decorated, very large main bedroom and bathroom, great backyard and a garage to keep our car cool in the desert heat. Gated community which made us feel safe. Nathan was very helpful and provided quick responses.
