Escape to your perfect coastal retreat, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom single-family home located in the desirable Peninsula community. This home is a sanctuary of light and space, thoughtfully designed with a light and airy decor that invites relaxation from the moment you step inside. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring a soothing color palette of whites, pale blues, and sandy tones, complemented by natural textures and ample sunlight.

The gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is a dream for any home chef. With four spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite, there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own personal haven.

Guests of this property will have access to the private Jack Nicklaus golf course with a fee. Guests will enjoy nature walks through hundreds of acres of private nature paths that provide beautiful views of the bay. There is an indoor pool, spa, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts including clay courts, an outdoor family wave pool, and adult only swimming pool with hot tub. The Lakeside Village also includes a state of the art work out facility and the newly renovated restaurant, The Terrace Grill, or have a special dinner out at the Club. Drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk, the quaint town of Lewes, or lovely town of Bethany. Ideal for visiting the hustle and bustle of the local beach towns with the ability to escape back to the peaceful setting of The Peninsula.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets;

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was beautiful, clean, well stocked and they pay such great attention to detail. The layout was really interesting with the loft and perfect for our family. The Pennsinsula is overall our favorite place to go on vacation. Our Only difficulty was the seating. One of us is obese and one has cancer so mobility just isn’t the same. I and my husband left just 2 days in since neither of us could get comfortable on couches or chairs. The rest of my family had a blast. If you are able bodied people this place is top notch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bunkbed room in this home gives you peace and quiet when you vacation with kids. Its location is on one side of the home and nice cozy comfortable bedrooms are on the other side. The home was pleasantly stocked with more blankets and pillows then you could ever use. It also had bonus items like salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, etc. The dining room table is perfectly adjustable. The only other thing that would make this home over the top is an umbrella in the table on the back patio. The property mangers who handle this home care about the details and are available.
