Stayed Sep 10, 2025We loved it! The location was wonderful. The view was amazing. We loved the sea lions. It was clean and roomy. Our older kids sat in the chairs in front of the dining area while they watched our grandkids play in the sand. Thank you for making it a wonderful vacation for our family. The memories will last forever!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025The house was perfect for our family. We had little ones so being right on the beach was ideal for lunch/nap time etc. The beach was very family friendly and we enjoyed watching the Surf and Jr Lifeguard schools when they were out. It was great having some of the beach necessities available; a couple chairs, towels, games, sand toys and boogie boards. We definitely recommend this house!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Our family had a wonderful time! Both the adults and children spent many hours at the beach which was easy to access. The house itself has a lot of character as well as modern amenities. The bathroom situation was a little crowded on the main floor w/ one bath for 6 of us but the 2nd floor was very spacious w/2 baths for 4 of us. The management company was easy to work with.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025all adult children, 3 newly graduated, spent 3 magic days soaking up the sun right on the sand and cooking together. The Villa is darling. The dining room is surreal. Host does not know the property personally and is not available after hours (hence 4 stars) but the property is delightful.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We stayed here for a family gathering. We have a large family and it is not easy to find a place to stay with the requisite number of bedrooms and also affordable. The home is right on the beach. The upstairs porch was small and not convenient because it was attached to the bathroom of the master bedroom. It could use some updates but overall it was great. I would recommend.

Stayed Dec 5, 2024Spent a long weekend for an annual holiday trip with the family. We love Hollywood Beach and this house was perfect! Great location and the beach was really nice this side of the harbor. The house had plenty of space and accommodated all 7 of us with sleeping quarters. Loved it and would stay again!

Stayed Oct 2, 2022Overall the property was good, check in process was easy. Just don't like the check out checklist. We had to wash dishes put them away, put in towels for wash, remove all linen, throw away trash. If any of these were not done properly we could lose outlr deposit. Given the 500+ fee we paid for cleaning the check out process should have been simpler.
