The Space:

24 Sea Mist is a lovely two story home that is perfect for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp! Recently renovated, features include free internet, an extra large deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system, allowing an expanded beautiful view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the family room. Enjoy the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite, featuring Keurig coffee maker. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60' flat screen smart TV in the renovated family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.



The main level is finished with plank porcelain tile that resembles driftwood, while new carpet has been installed in all bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a small front deck. A full hall bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.



The primary suite is located upstairs and faces the inlet, offering beautiful ocean views. This spacious retreat features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub.



The home also features seating on the decks for relaxing and enjoying the views. At the back of the house, near the inlet, there is a sandy area with a grill, perfect for outdoor fun and dining. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.





A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 7 guest cards, a value of up to $350! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes,12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
