    Couldn’t be better. We had plenty of room and all the necessary accessories were available. The appliances are all new and quite adequate. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. We had a great time and fully enjoyed our stay.

    My friend and I visited my daughter, who attends Brock University. The location of this property was ideal as we had plans in Niagara Falls, Toronto, and St. Catharines.The house was perfect for our needs. Check-in was a breeze and the amenities were ideal. The description and photos were exact. Unfortunately, the garage opener malfunctioned before our arrival, so we had to park in the driveway. Still, it worked out as our rental vehicle wouldn't have fit through the garage doors. I would say that having throws/blankets on the couch in the living room would have been a bonus on the chilly nights, as downstairs was never as warm as upstairs. The welcome snacks were terrific and the bathroom amenities were a welcome bonus. We had no complaints and would consider staying here again.

    Family trip with 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Simple decor, comfortable beds and nice neighborhood. About 1/2 mile easy trek to river trial.

    The house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures does not do it justice. The host/agency was very corporate to all our needs. Everything that you need to make your stay accomodating was provided. Coffee, creamers, cooking seasons, detergent, Everything :):). However, I was surprised by the disclaimer that I did not read before finalizing my booking! BE AWARE!! There's an huge required deposit hold on your credit card by an outside management agency (not vrbo), a copy of your scanned credit card, photo ID and a live picture taken from your camera and submitted to the agency before you were allowed to entire the property. Luckily for us, we left everything clean and in order and the hold was release. We were not charged any additional cleaning fees. The community is beautiful, 25 minutes away from Niagra Falls, but it's worth the drive for the comfort & luxury of staying at this beautiful luxurious home. You won't be disappointed. I would definately rebook again, with the hold on my credit card hold. This place is worth every dollar spent. five*****

    This home is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The beds are very firm - great for some people but too firm for others in our group. My only suggestions for additions to the home would be to add a true non-stick skillet to the kitchenware for cooking eggs and to add small mirrors in each of the adjoining bedrooms. Overall, we were very satisfied with this property.
