Our host did an outstanding explaining everything we needed to know . The house was in wonderful condition and had all of the amenities needed for our stay.

I would suggest adding shampoo/conditioner in all showers. Also the heat took a long time to come on - not normally needed in FL.

The house was perfect, the cleanest rental house I have seen. Very comfortable furniture throughout. The pool was a short walk away.

Only thing I can complain about is I wish we could have stayed longer. Just a quick weekend trip for my wife and I. Would definitely stay again.

We love the Villages and all they offer. The home was immaculate and nicely appointed we had everything we need and then some. Would definitely recommend!!

Very clean and cared for property! The furnishings are tasteful and everything is practically brand new. We had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely book again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The patio villa on Patricia Place was the perfect introduction to “life at The Villages”! Conveniently located to everything! Peaceful, friendly neighborhood! We were 100% pleased with the cleanliness and ambiance of the accommodations and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Villa. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures - clean - beautiful furnishings. We had a couple of issues due to our own fault & the property manager/owner came right to our rescue both times within 10 minutes. He was so nice each time. We would definitely rent this Villa again.

This property was one of the nicest and clean properties we have stayed at. Communication with the host was very prompt. Thanks again for arranging the Golf Cart! We had a blast!

Beds were wonderful!! Enjoyed open floor plan for 4 women cooking, chatting. Fans kept rooms cool including lanai. Close to everything by golf cart.

Everything was perfect. Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Great spot close to the pool. We would stay again!!

Enjoyed a short stay for a wedding near by. House was clean and very roomy for 6 adults. Great neighborhood. I wish we had longer to stay.

Everything worked out fine and the location was convenient for our other family members.

My Children and grandchildren came in for Thanksgiving. We, the grandparents, had the grandkids stay with us and the adult stayed at the rental. They loved it! Very clean, nice furniture, comfortable beds and we’re within mile from our home! The owners always responded to questions we had prior to the rental time. Would definitely recommend this beautiful 3 bedroom villa!

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, great location. The owner even came by on Friday to help us get setup with Netflix.
