This very stylish and modern two story duplex home is a dream holiday house for those who like to live in comfort and style, with all the modern comforts you could need and also some extra special features that are sure to excite.

This sleek and stylish home exhibits beautiful wooden floors throughout with a palette of cool and calming greys, natural wood touches and black finishes. A modish kitchen is the showstopper with stainless steel appliances and black finishes making a sophisticated space that is a pleasure to entertain from in the centre of the combined dining and living together with an outdoor covered deck with a fan and heater to keep you comfortable all year round.

There are two bedrooms, on the second floor, each with their own private en-suite bathroom. A third shared bathroom is located on the main level. The home is equipped with a full laundry and an electronic single lock up garage. Located only one street back from the beach you can easily walk to the beach to enjoy the wide-open spaces Peregian Beach has to offer.

The main village town centre is only a few hundred meters North of Jacana Street so you can find everything you might need just a short distance away.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. The house was the perfect place for a girl's week away. It was generously equipped with everything you need and was tucked away in lovely surroundings, with just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at this stunning holiday home. It was as beautiful as in the photos, spacious, very modern and with all the amenities you could wish for. It was a 5 minute walk from the beach, you just walk to your right up the street and at number 16 is a path you can follow all the way to Peregian beach. The village is gorgeous with lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants and a shopping centre with a supermarket and pharmacy. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year.

We were wonderfully surprised with how well equipped this house was. It had everything you could need especially in the kitchen. A blender and margarita glasses were the stars of our show. The attention to detail was incredible even an iron and board in each bedroom. We would highly recommend this stay and will definitely be back.
